I believe in ripple also.. I only have 175 ( got scammed 25 on ebay ) but its the first crypto currency I invested money in.
I still believe that this project can bring good profits. Interaction with the banking system makes this coin very popular. Ripple becomes famous not only among people who are already in the crypto community, but also among new people who do not know about crypto. Through banks people get acquainted with crypto.

I think Ripple will drop to $.50 - 1$, meanwhile it hurts to see it's going down, some people are in huge loss , then hold midterm to long term, which will be beneficial for anyone who buy in current dip. right now All coins are bleeding, so be patience, it will be good in future.
dropping to $0.50 could also happen but this is if there are really people willing to dump it while more than half of its holder are expecting huge returns when it goes to the roof. It must be wise to just hold on to it for now and see its development before your eyes. a single news this time could really make an XRP non-believer hurriedly buy this coin at its ATH while the holders are already dumping.
We hit a downward trendline after bouncing up from the 0.5 Fib of the last leg up. The 50/200EMA however has crossed up. We'll have to look at the test of this cross. A clean break will invalidate it and continue the downtrend. A bounce from the test may indicate a further test of resistance of the trendline and a possible break up. I'm more inclined of a continuation of the downtrend but we'll have to see how this one pans out.

The price fell hardly when the market collapse, so it's not any special than any coins out there.
It doesn't matter whatever Ripples is whether its centralize and hated by millions of us here. If you trade for money, go for ripples its the only coins that can go up not so much dependent to BTC. It felt like I can be a millionaire even with just 2K of this ripples. I'd like it to succeed just as I want blockchian tokens should succeed.

I think price will not reach new highs during the currenct altcoin cycle.

95% of RIPPLE's volume is coming from Korean exchanges without trading fees, huge market manipulation going on again and again.

I am not sure what Ripple's end game is, having worked at a private bank, I do know that transactions between banks are instant. Was Ripple an attempts from banks to take over bitcoin ? is it just a scam ? is it both ? who knows...
One thing is for sure; Jed McCaleb (who later went on to found Ripple) also founded Mt. Gox the largest crypto scam so far.
Nevertheless, price manipulation on Bithumb is a fact, and Bithumb must be IN on it, since anyone with an account, can see that during rises, it is impossible to sell Ripple below a certain price.
Having said that, I believe that Decentralised Exchanges (DEX) such as BitShares or NVO are ultimately going to bring an end to price manipulation / suppression.
