xrp was flying this morinig and then poloniex ruined it with the site crashing.. my heart was in my throat but i held my xrp (GLADLY) but im sure a lot of people lost money because of that mistake on poloniex. with that said. i fully suspect xrp to keep flying.. but what do i know im new. the world of crypto is blowing my mind..

lol Doge. I mean if you know a pump is comin that's great but I don't think XRP is anything like these P&D coins based on all available evidence so far. The only thing that kept it from being a higher price was the shenanigans over at polo which I still think was setup by the website itself even though they claim "technical teams" are on it, seems to be functioning now. Who knows maybe somebody actually did try a DDOS, who knows?

It`s time to sell XRP and buy DOGE and BTS. Doge and Bitshares will pump hard in the coming days.

MUFG’s banking arm The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. today announced its joining of the Global Payments Steering Group (GPSG), Ripple’s interbank group for global payments based on distributed financial technology.

What was the reason for the bubble in the coin and if i remember correctly the coin was trading around 910 satoshi a couple of days back and now it has touched 7000 satoshi today which is a really good return ,but what i do not understand is that why is this rally ,is it simply because all the alt coins are getting a good rally or any specific reason.

You are right. But on the other side, all this news show a really big evidence of trust in the Ripple company and its products. It makes this brand strong, besides a marketing, which couldn't be better at the moment. Good companies will use this open goal. And Ripple will. With strengthen effects for the coin, which is the showpiece of this company.

I think well said i agree with your assessment 100% Banks are implementing ripple protocol one has nothing to do with other... People are just combining them and misunderstanding the technology piece from speculative XRP.

You need to understand that Ripple-the-company is not the same as XRP and the Ripple Consensus ledger it resides on.

The bank quoted in "Google" agreed upon to use Ripple Solution. Ripple Solution is an umbrella term for in-house developed pieces of software called Ripple Connect and Ripple Stream. They include private implementation of Interledger protocol  that works without any XRP at all, and offers the privacy XRP&RCL don't have.

I'll give 10000XRP to whoever quotes me a Financial Institution that shared its  Issuing wallets, currency codes, and txids of transactions on RCL. Because only then you could truly say the banks use XRP.

Check the volumes, Polo currently stands for $150M+ volume, RCL only 20. What now is happening is a pump, driven by people misunderstanding the news.
