I feel like the reasoning is that, once users start getting used to Libra, more companies and bank will HAVE to use cryptocurrencies in order to stay with the trend.
However Ripple Labs are already much ahead than Facebook in this space and they have working tools for other companies to use. This is why Libra could potentially be good for all crypto.

Why should any bank use libra? Its the death sentence for banks. 3 billion people get access to money without central banks. Benks are scared now and this was a black swan event for them, now they need to use the best tech to compete against fukkbukk and we all know it isnt efirium or buttscorn

Ripple is just following uptrend and going up constantly, XRP price target is $0.5 & very XRP will reach that level.

To be honest this is all about opinions. In my opinion XRP climbing steadily, slowly is better than huge increases and decreases that say for example BTC regularly has. For me, it has to be my best investment because makes my portfolio total amount something that looks good for me.

Even as other crypto go further in percentage increases, XRP is holding firm at #3 by market capital and when news of the Moneygram investment spreads and when they actually show other fintechs how Ripple (xRapid) and Moneygram integrate then it will add to the price but that will start kicking in later this year because the deal is new.

There are other investments that people can go for but for me I am glad I invested in XRP when I did and I am glad that while so many of my investments went down I was fortunate to have a few that were successful enough to ensure I made a significant profit.

I expected that XRP would go much higher following the Moneygram announcement. It is a strange coin in that often news seems not to really affect the price, and then suddenly there is a huge price surge which does not appear to be related . It's a strong coin with a solid future, and it's a difficult coin to use for trading because you never know when the price will soar. It looks under priced, I'd expect a big surge is overdue.

I do not see choppy waters, I see an opportunity for investors to buy low and sell higher after a year or so.

He is just looking at the short term. Clearly not something i would suggest for xrp since the real potential will take maybe months maybe year to be uncovered.

In the next 5 years it will be hopefully be very valuable. Hopefully it will be widely used daily in the fintech world and will be used to make hundreds of thousands or millions of transactions across the world.

Ripple is one of the altcoins that is speculating by many traders. I think it could move more and break its ATH. Well, at first I don't care about this coin since some of my friends told me that Ripple is a scam coin and a centralized one. But I was damn when I followed them. Now, I regret that I do not have ripple.

You do not understand. Libra is a centralized network where it decides who will be its own validators similar to Ripple. It will also conceptually function similar to a bank and compete for banking partnerships versus platforms like Ripple.

Bitcoin is not about payments we got it long time ago, this is why it so useless.

What I said was not about bitcoin. I do not care about bitcoin. Bitcoin does not compete for banking partnerships versus Ripple, however, Libra will. Facebook also has the advantage of already having a network of connecting people together and has scaled it to billions of users.
