There was some files missing from the github, and I have some difficulty to compile the wallet.
Everything is fine now

We wouldn't call it a ninja launch, as we still haven't launched yet
Also all seed nodes are in the code so no need for nodes you can just run and go
Indeed it is, we put it up early (with password) for people that have slow connections so they can download and be ready, just needing the password at launch time.
