sold all my xvgs and invested in other alt coins since then my investments tripled. 
In recent past, all mainstream medias talked about VERGE. No any other coin get that attention like that so i believe in XVG. Hope they would announce officially then no one can stop XVG. I have no IT knowledge. anway, complete slow out put is better than incomplete faster out put.

@Yulian07 I believe the for the core wallet, you'll need to download the blockchain. The Electrum wallet connects to servers that have the blockchain so you don't have to download it. Personally I like prefer to run 'core' wallets but i have to admit I never used the Electrum wallet.
About the future price:
Given the Verge coin count of 14.3 billion:
- at 0.00001000 BTC (1000 satoshi) , XVG would currently have a market cap of 2.3 billion $, which would make it the #16 cryptocurrency.
- at 1$, XVG would have a market cap of 14.3 billion $, which would currently make it the #6 cryptocurrency, just after LTC.
- at $1000... well, that would be nonsense.
Personally, I think Verge is a great cryptocurrency that would definitely deserve a #16 ranking (so: 1000 satoshis or about x15 from where we are today).
Once people realize that an open ledger (the blockchain) means 'no privacy', they will start looking for privacy-oriented coins like Verge. And it does a great job at that.
Behind the scenes a lot of development is going on, making it an even better coin in the future.
Don't believe the FUD (fear, uncertainty & doubt) and always DYOR (do your own research).

Agree. I hold a big bag of verge and I would love to see it hit $1000 but be serious here. You will not see verge hit $2 dollars within a month. Maybe within 6 months but not anytime soon. Market cap will not hit $30B by next month. Stop the nonsense.
It will continue to grow and will have it's ups and downs like ALL coins. It's holding STRONG while most coins are dipping now so very reassuring.

I don't know if they do that because they want to buy more at the lows. Or they are proven mistaken when the price and high and can't dispute the high price because they will look foolish if they do so. Anyway, Verge has proven to be quite resilient and is keeping its new status as one of the top dogs of the privacy coins.

i m looking for to huge gains from this investment. XVG has indeed show good prospects, and i wish i had boughts the coins and held them earlier.
0.20$ is still low IMOAs fa as we can predict now, this coin should keep growing, anything under $2 i consider low
You do realise that a $2 price would bring the total valuation of Verge to almost $30B, well ahead of Cardano and Litecoin? Seems like wishful thinking right now, but who knows... The potential is there
