He said it cannot fail.
He also mentions the code in VERGE. If the code was weak, he certainly wouldn’t say "Verge cannot fail".

i dont know what "2" you mean, and what couch, as i mostly work in a computer chair at my desk. also, verge is open source software, and the verge blockchain wouldn't notice if any of the team "disappeared".
things would be fine and unfortunately, no one would even notice right away im sure.

Tried to sync my windows wallet.. but have no connexion to Verge Network.. any hint please ?

I think Verge (together with all other potentials) is a good candidate for darknet adoption, and if it will happen... I don't even want to imagine where the price will go
