If you have lower confirmation times it's ok. Right now we all have to be honest that it's not very beneficial for any merchant to accept crypto. We need to improve that situation.

it's very beneficial to accept crypto for merchants. that's why million and multi million dollar companies are accepting verge. no charge backs, lower fees than credit cards, and very fast confirmation times. there are -only- benefits and -no- drawbacks.

I believe that XVG will become a good payment method which replaces traditional payment in the near future and it could become a good platform as the latest XVG developments said .

Not sure I've come across a worse wallet in my entire life.

Full install couple days ago (no comment).

Just opened it - it took over 45 minutes to connect and start syncing. Bogging down entire computer whole time (nothing else was running).

Is this a form of being metaphorically rick-rolled via core-wallet?

The continuing future of crypto is not sluggish wallets....every coin with an extended block chain...gets the same problem, esp Bitcoin. Just keep it on binance or bittrex and soon there will be insured places to put your money and that means you need not spend your time on poorly working blockchain downloading...which really is a problem in every of crypto.
