Check out that exchange first see if you think it is ok, The volume of trade is no where near as high as Cryptsy, I think they have a total BTC volume of 800+-, LTC Volume of 1800+-, and Doge Volume of 5.5million+-, pretty decent but not a giant like cryptsy. What I did like is the option to trade for more then one type and the site is pretty zippy, I asked in their irc channel for this coin to be listed time and time again but came to find the information i mentioned in the above post. Still no exchange for this coin. Crypto Rush exchange will put any coin on its exchange if the promoter/developer fills out their form and pays a 0.25BTC one time listing fee.
Ive been trading there for the last week, seems ok and they have 3 markets, you can trade for BTC, you can trade for LTC, and you can trade for DOGE. Everything listed so far in this forum thread is not an actual exchange.

Its simple exchange that just notify you when sell and buy orders match,
and no such popular as cryptsy
but still its our first, and more will be added soon.
