Well I don't need to state the obvious. No where did I state that HE was allowed to sell. I also didn't say that it came with resell rights. Therefor, he does not have permission.

What happened:: I sold him my e-book to get free xbox games about 1 month ago. Now he is claiming he doesn't have an xbox and can't use the method, even though I clearly stated that this is for digital games. Now he is reselling my method without my permission so he can make money
