Please Read

The lull in revenue is still from the switch to 100% revshare (20% of total spent for life) instead of the $1.00 per join program. We currently average over $7 per join long term on revshare joins so this move was made with the future in mind. I will post some stats to show how these new revshare joins are doing soon but things are looking very promising. The current pay period (July 1 - 15th) has already surpassed the one referenced above.

I am still covering half of the server bill each month while I have some test sites on the server.

The number of units outstanding is now at 18,000 after the final 11,000 were returned. These are available to partners if someone wants them, otherwise I will keep them for myself.

Bad Internet, won't be fixed until next Sunday. I set my cell phone provider up to tether today, will try to finish by morning. Had to wait on some payments from holdings as well so they could be combined with these payments.

Oh, and the most important part is I was finishing up the return of 11,000 units so that payout %'s would be a bit higher.

I'm sitting here with a calculator now, they have not been paid yet. I had to leave early when I last worked on it and had to break down some things as some of the units are at break even now and will receive a lower amount based on that (as discussed in original post).

To your second question the answer is yes. The actual % of revenue paid to available units was 40% based on 40% offered. In the original post it was stated that the full 40% would go to partners even if all 40% of ownership interest was not claimed.

That means that at this point 40% of profit goes to current partners regardless of whether or not they have reached break even. Because we are paying 100% until break even the other 60% is divided amongst partners that have yet to break even.

Announcement

The total number of units outstanding has decreased from 40,000 to 29,000 and will decrease to 18,000 at some point in the future.

This will increase exposure for all current partners that have yet to break even because of the bonus payments that were offered. Eventually more units will be offered to current or future partners but we'll get to that a little later.

What's Going On?

You may remember that 22,000 units were claimed in a cash / trade deal shortly after we started seeking partners. These units were claimed by a good friend and business associate that worked closely with me over the last decade on many adult oriented projects. Part of the deal was that once his current projects wrapped up he would come on full time to help grow the site and help me develop several additional projects.

We've been ironing out the details over the last couple of weeks and are happy to announce that all 22,000 units will relinquished, half of them immediately. Because he will now be managing all XXX operations his ownership interest will come from the remaining percentage of the business (my 60%). The remaining 11,000 will be relinquished at an undetermined point in the future.

Soon we will be announcing several small projects and will accept partners on each of them. In addition, XXXProfit will receive some ownership interest in each of these new projects, providing current partners with even more value.

These will all be discussed in detail later and I will introduce the new managing director soon. Stay tuned.

As mentioned before site revenue is down because we now send all new joins to revshare (20% of total spent for life) instead of the $1.00 per join program. We currently average over $7 per join long term on revshare joins so this move was made with the future in mind. As discussed previously some steps have been taken to limit the immediate impact on revenue. The results so far have been promising with new users already spending money but will need data from a longer time frame to analyze further.

In addition , I have now moved some unrelated websites from another server I leased to this server while they are being built, tweaked and tested. In exchange I am paying $100 every 15 days towards the total server bill lowering the amount owed each period to $100 instead of $200 leaving more profit.

You may have noticed that the total number of units outstanding has decreased from 40,000 to 29,000. This will be addressed in an announcement immediately following this post.

Not "someone" - I vouched for its existence, which can be trusted by virtue of my credible WoT presence (which you seem to lack). I did not do so in order for ABitInterested to attract more investors, but rather to satiate the curiosity of the investors he already has, and ensure that any trolling no longer has substance.
