So that basically means that deposited funds can be lost, stolen or 'disappear' and you have clean hands? Not exactly the best user friendly ToS.

I am not fan of any bonuses because it's almost impossible to wager them, but if you want to use bonus, isn't it better to use it on site which will give you bonus on deposit?

This must be done when players consistently looking for new ways to manipulate the system.

I think it will be better to adjust the error message to something like "Error! Your transaction's are invalid due to double spending." so users/cheaters will know that there is no chances that the withdrawal will go through. It will also lessen the tickets sent to your site and to this thread.
