Yacuna now supports Online Bank Transfer. Users can now instantly deposit Euro into their exchange account by utilizing their usual online banking data. Never miss out on a price trend in Bitcoin again. More information here.

Hello FundsMoney,

this EMail was indeed send by us. We had to revise some of our Anti-Fraud-Methods and require an ID-Selfie from some users. Until this new verification requirement is met, you can still trade all cryptocurrency pairs at your leisure.

Hello,

I have received this e-mail from Yacuna and I do not know what to think about it... Anyone else having this in their mailbox?

Quote
Hello XXX,

for security reasons we kindly request that you provide an "idSelfie" - a picture of you holding the uploaded document next to your face. Please understand that this is a security measure that is randomly applied on our customer base and has nothing to do with you personally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter.

Thank You
Your Yacuna Team
Selda

I have a verified account on Yacuna and did not use their platform since months ago. Why would they request this now, for what reason?
The e-mail seems legitimate, it's from a support rep sent via their zendesk.

Hey MusX,

thanks for the kind words. We are currently working on getting GBP deposits back to work. Sadly I cannot give you an ETA though.

Kind Regards,
Benjamin

Looks interesting. It seems that you are the only market which allows GBP withdrawal/deposit from UK GBP accounts without extra cost, can you confirm?
You should remove the leading title of your page which states "Dogdecoin exchange..."

any ETA for GBP account management support?

We removed all fees from our exchange!

Yep. From now on every Satoshi you earn on Yacuna.com is Yours. There are no fees for any trade or for withdrawals. We also implemented a wide variety of changes and additions to our platform following customer feedback. To make this clear:

Happy trading!

We’re live and kicking! Today, we’re introducing fast and secure instant GBP deposits for customers in the United Kingdom. Verified users can now fund their accounts at the international Bitcoin Exchange Yacuna rapidly fast by using SOFORT banking instead of relying on classic SEPA transfers or the UK Faster Payments System. This does not only incur lower fees than traditional wire transfer but also provides a lightning fast method of deposits instead of going through the slow and agonizing classic banking system. Never miss out on a trend in the cryptocurrencies again!

UK has the friendliest, that means no, regulation about cryptocurrencies.

Makes sense, URLs match up at least. What was the reasoning behind getting licensed in the UK? I know EEA licenses are valid in Switzerland so I would imagine the same is true in reverse.

If you click this link and search for 900088 you will find the PayCo Financial Services Ltd which is based in the UK. The PayCo in Switzerland is the parent company.

I'm trying to, however I can't find much information on them. What is their registration number? It seems they are based in Switzerland so why would they be licensed by the FCA - surely they would be regulated by FINMA?

You have the wrong website. Try

http://www.paymentcompany.ch/

or

pay-co.net

You are doing real due diligence here, are you?

Currently we just support wire transfer for GBP. We are looking into methods that invoke less transaction fees from UK banks.

We are regulated through our payment processor PayCo Financial Services Ltd. You can find their FSA file here (Firm 900088). It is an authorised E-money institution and is permitted to hold our customers electronic money. We therefore apply all KYC/AML requirements that the FCA demands from such a business. Also your funds are safely stored within a regulated business.
