Welcome to bitcointalk forum and good luck with the launching of your new casino platform. Honestly, the UI of the site is a bit similar to stake as mentioned in previous post. It would also be good to accept different coins that has less fee and fast confirmation which will be a great help for small time gamblers or for those who are only gambling for fun also with small amount of money. About the KYC, is it mandatory to go through KYC or anyone can register and gamble without doing KYC?. If ever someone won and decided to withdraw then does he/she require to go through KYC even if the amount requested to withdraw is not much?.
have you read the AML policy as posted above, you can also check the KYC policy on their page? it says "
aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside the Yaybet.com Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process", it clearly means that if you want to withdraw (any amount), you need to comply with their KYC even if your total deposits has not exceeded 2k eur yet.
i believe, this will be one bottleneck of attracting gamblers from this forum as most players don't want to submit their kyc. as there are several reputable casinos here that don't require kyc offering the same services. now, this will depend on how aggressive is their marketing team and offering rewards programs or bonuses.
