It seems that this year we will fall or stay at this level that now. At least it seems to me now and I will be extremely happy if the situation changes because my altcoins have already sank very low...
I believe Altcoins has a great potential of rising by the end of the year. Even though some coins are not able to recover after the bear market, those who do, rise up and provide a huge percentage of profit. It is good to invest in altcoins.

ive read about altcoins being down this year and base on their speculations it has 65% for me that it will be a stagnant year for crypto and it will be a bullish year on 2019.
In my opinion, this year is the year of altcoin down. We can observe, in the past few weeks, the prices of several large altcoins such as ethereum, bitcoin, litecoin, NEO, etc., have dropped dramatically. The price dropped more than 50% from the highest price. Because the condition of this big altcoin is deteriorating, of course the small and new altcoins will experience a decline as well. So in my opinion this year will make altcoin even more descending.
I do not think, that we can see bull run on altcoins this year.

The crypto currency market might not be doing good but I don't see this year as a difficult year for crypto currency cause i see this year as another year of buy low opportunity. Besides, every market have it season of dump in price and one thing you guys seems to understand is crypto currency market outstand from other market and a new windows of opportunity were opened each time the market are dumped. The matter with ICOs - most of them are scams ...I have picked up Ingot, Boltt and HumanCoin. They seem promising but im still not confident in their success

As you can see, this year is not the age of the altcoins and it will not. I hope the altcoins will rise this year but I do not think. The best thing to do right now is to wait for bullish market.

2018-2019 will be the year of young altcoins. I dont mean that one that are on the market now and suffer from the btc drop but that one making ICO now and dont suffer. Like Ingot and HumanCoin as an example. It will be much more easy for them to grow in price
Thats true. To be honest I think Ingot will start the growth just after appearing on exchanges but will such a bear market i would not bet all my money for that If bear market continues for 1 more month at least then this year might be considered as a year of DUMP
