The network effect of bitcoin is effectively destroy. I personally helped two people invest in bitcoins but only for a total of $3k. I feel sick.

There will be very little of adoption of bitcoin for the foreseeable future. People have lost their savings, some have accumulated mountains of debt. Businesses holding BTC are at risk of going bankrupt. No one in their right mind will recommend outsiders to buy into bitcoins at the moment.

The top post on reddit now is about suicide hotline. 1200 up votes so far. Dozens of threads about lost money, potential family break ups etc.
I think the sentiment have been reset as good and thoroughly as it needs to. The 32 price held on all exchanges reaching a bottom of around 40.
That was the hardest, fastest and most brutal ABC correction I have ever seen. I was expecting a more prolonged one like the one from 32, this was something else.
Considering how fast the correction was maybe we won't have to wait around too long for the next leg to start. Can only say wow for the last 48 hours.

Effectively, I have nothing else to say.
The amplifying effect of this thread ripples beyond the forum. The worst part is that he is not the only one.

Was this thread amplifying things when bitcoin rose from $10 to $266?  Because you mentioned earlier that this thread was predicting doomsday from the start.

And yet you can't ignore that especially now you have an enormous influence.
Lucif has been predicting doomsday from the beginning of his thread. From the freaking beginning of this thread.
What worries me is that now people are going to actually listen to his depressive forecasts, affecting the valuation of the bitcoins even though the market itself is strengthening.

The dangerous part is that most people here can't even realize that this is just freaking apophenia, synchronicity, selective memory and confirmation bias.
The dangerous part is when people actually start giving credibility to this crap.
That's when we are all screwed.
If you're actually worried about this, you aren't cut out for speculative ventures.

Not only are most people on this forum not reading this (excellent) thread, most people who hold bitcoin aren't on this forum.

Speculation is destroying the currency.
Thank you for unwittingly pointing that out.

Well I am new to Bitcoin (Bought at the $50 mark). Just want to say thanks Lucif! I've followed your predictions and learnt a lot from reading your analysis. I pulled out 48 hours ago and would have probably kept it in Bitcoin if it wasn't for this thread. I have since got a deposit going over to BitStamp and will be buying more coins once it starts to rise again in the $30 range. I hope you'll carry this on!

Thanks again Smiley

The real problem is that currently the market is utterly inefficient because it is attracting more high schoolers than actual professionals.

It may well go below $32, but below $1 is more about fundamentals than TA. I don't buy that (lotsa buyers like myself at that extremely low price). Fair guess is that $32, if hit, will be more or less the bottom. Perhaps for a longer time, but we hold for the longest  Tongue

Lot of language of hate here. People lost money. Are upset. Don't think logicaly...

Can value of something double two times in periods which are two times shorter each? Can money grow on trees?

Look at this graph. If lower the top blue line to highest close from first bubble we have price of second bubble.

Also read words, when Lucif got out.

Lastly i doubt all users from around the world was following this thread, which caused this break. View statistics are to low per 76 pages. Boring wall observer has much more.

Look how many idiots are asking you pointers.
This is exactly how self-fulfilled prophecies work.
Now that you created some illusion of credibility (which is basically a joke considering more than 70+ pages of failures), all these idiotic flocks will be execute exactly what you make them expect.

Yep, he's setting up a heard of lemmings.  What what he can do now with his $240,000....

What are your projections for the rest of the month?
I can say only one thing now. $32 break down would mean single digits and probably less than $1.

Watch on $32 hold.

Full picture will be clear when panic will calm down. I am very happy I was out when this shit started.

Hey guys, you really need some Haloperidol tabs to calm down.

My volume was less than 1000 BTC. I can not sell such amount at once on secondary markets as  I leaved Gox (see my sig).

Also laughted on DDoS accusations. No, No and No. You have sick imagination. And sick envy.

My exit point was based on many sources. I saw that market is running out of fiat, I saw this bubble based on two single points of failure. I wrote it in public and everybody laught. And now they blame me in market crash, DDoS and everything worst in this world? Fuck you.

All my profits were based on iron logic and nothing more.

@lucif Stop spreading fud. You failed 100 times, and succeded once by chance or by self-fulfilled prophecy. Why people here have such a selective memory.
@Majoman you learned economic in this thread? lol

butthurts, butthurts everywhere
I made more than 48K USD by selling at $240, having started with an initial investment of 2K USD, so you tell me who is butthurt.
My decisions weren't based on stupid charts, but on the hysteric price reaction to the volume.
Euphoria brings panic, as simple as pie.
A little fluctuation is fine, but spreading fud destroys the confidence... especially to those impressionable kids who lack any criteria to make decisions.

We are here to make a profit, not to kill the currency.

And all of you are an amplifier of panic moves.
You wonder who is doing pump and dumps?
You morons are.
