Congratulations to miner 33uUaKyRDWFoKAFPJNp3gjXSd9FRa4Z2GW for solving the 281st solo block solved at http://solo.ckpool.org with a hefty 7PH of presumably rented hashrate before the halving!

This miner has been mining intermittently since the last pool restart and had accumulated about 1/20th of the shares required to solve a block on average. It is not clear they were definitely renting hashrate, but had a lot of hashrate nonetheless.

Thanks for the positive feedback.
And yes, I trust Willi also  Grin

See you in the next Blockparty or Megarun to get the next fucking block, before the halving is here.

Blockparty run 63 is on the road and we start 100% before the halving is done. —> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5490656

And the Mega Halving run with 1 EHs / 1000 PHs will be a big show, hopefully with a block.

Here are our new status

Our BTCs:      0,46809153 BTC
Participants:      24
Speed-Voting:      1000 PHs

21 have already paid, 3 are still open (Avokiwi / derBowler / Unknown01), more places are free.
Very cool, a big pot for burning to ckpool and hopefully find a Block… fingers crossed.

Best regards and happy mining,
Willi

MEGA HALVING 1000 PHs, i.e. 1 EHs BLOCKPARTY

Hello everyone,

what do you think of a MEGA HALVING block party just before the halving?

Everyone can put as much / as little BTC into the pool as they want and we start with 1000 PHs, i.e. 1 EHs, no matter how many coins we have in the pool, i.e. no matter how long or short the block party runs. That would be something extraordinary.

So shoot at the BTC blockchain with a shotgun

If you want to participate, just send the coins to the known address as usual and leave the TX address in the post.

I can vouch for Willi as well. I was fortunate to hit on 2 of his runs and he paid out promptly and accurately.

Willi paid me my part of the block reward from our Blockparty #30, he paid us quickly, without any fee. Before that, he paid all the blocks he found, even when blocks were more than $300,000.

You can see the feedback I left on his account which is stamped (date):
paid2    2023-01-25        I sent BTC to Willi multiple times, when participating to BTC Block runs on solo.ckpool.
Willi was always honest, very transparent and deserves his good reputation.

Hi, This appeared to me a few times:

[2024-04-02 07:54:49] accepted: 1/1 (diff 23791.054), 380.24 MH/s yes!

What does it mean?

100% normal.

It means that your ASIC (given the 380 mh/s hashrate, I guess a USB block erupter?) successfuly submitted a share. The diff of your submitted share is 23.791k ; BTC difficulty is 83.13T, so far away of finding a block for now.

Happy solo hashing and good luck to you!

A couple of days ago one of my miners state that it found btc block when solomining on ckpool.org, but no transaction was never made to my wallet.
My miner is a bitmain antminer s17e.
Can someone explain to me what FindBlocks in the status page of the miners actually means? Parently it doesn't mean that the miner found a block.
And how can I see more information about the blocks that the miner claim to find?
/okordal
Bitmain's block solve detection is notoriously broken at certain diffs. The best share the pool has found since the last block is 56.1 trillion and current diff is 83.1 trillion so no block has been solved.

Hi all.

Emergency maintenance will be performed by the hosting provider from April 3rd, 2024 at 11:00 UTC for 24 hours. Whilst no interruption to the server is anticipated, it would be prudent to avoid performing any extra hashrate during this time in case of connectivity issues.
Thanks for the information
