No. The pool only respects the --suggest-diff option if your version of cgminer supports it. There is no meaningful reason to set diff though apart from cosmetic. February 26, 2020, 03:52:15 PM

People are superstitious about luck approaching 100%, and now having reset. Can't do much about that, even if it is illogical.That is because most people get confused by the word "Pool", even it is SOLO Mining on an external bitcoind.
The only relevant "Numbers" here, are your own diff. and nothing else.
