What happens on rented westhash traffic if the pool is down? I'm in a second solo mini-pool sending rentals here after the last run and am wondering if all that is now being wasted on blank?
Nicehash and Westhash will list it as a placeholder rental and cancel it if it reaches >50% unreachable for bid type or >10% if fixed type.

I had already put in a support ticket. The Datacenter is having a routing issue. Many will still be able to connect but from some locations there is no way to reach the pool, even though it's still up and running so it's out of my hands till they fix it.

Pool having issues? All my rentals failed over and I can't hit the web site either..
I wonder if the stress test that was performed on the network had anything to do with the pool crashing?
Interesting..was just reading about that. Thankfully ckpool is working well and getting a healthy dose of hash from me

rough math 5btc mining for 1 day is about 500th for 24 hours. if you rent at 0.0099 to 0.0102 a th.
the chance of 1 block = 20%
the chance of 2 blocks = 4%
the chance of 3 blocks = 0.8%
next diff adjustment the chance will improve a tiny bit since we are going negative.

yeah but the one guy that got the 2 or 3 had 500T
the other one was 100T or so.

Most impressive I saw recently was block #354267 with a difficulty of 1431G. I don't know if there are a lot of blocks with diff over 1000G but I remember wondering if it was an error...
