My lawyer is drafting a letter that will be sent by certified mail to BitSyncom LLC's registered agent in Nevada.  There doesn't seem to be any other way to reach them.

By the way, forum staff, there are enough of these reports to support a scammer tag.

bump. This is my friend and SOMEBODY needs to see this. I can't believe avalon are about to ship batch 3 and yet we can't get anyone to help my friend get his batch 2 order.

Hello, I'm a new member here, However, I've recently been making posts regarding Avalon not sending my Batch #2 Asic.  This is growing increasingly frustrating because I may be moving within a month or two and want to be sure I recieve it at the current address.

I have an email from walletbit confirming correct info and they recieved my order:

I do not understand why I have not recieved any messages or responses back as I have all the proof needed for payment.  If anyone can give me any ideas please help!
