you cannot use them anymore... AFAIK, these codes can only be redeemed once, and since they've all been redeemed, they're unusable now...
In the future, you can do what bL4nkcode said a couple posts above mine...

Mine is working perfectly as well, i just tried that a few seconds ago. Have you tried cleaning your cache? I read somewhere a few months ago about a site that always show cloudflare, I think they tell you to try cleaning cache or try other browser.

I checked both those codes yesterday and it gave the time that they where claimed. Least I saw a time,maybe it was just a time stamp related to when the codes where made.

You can actually claim some that's probably still not-claimed-yet on freebitcointalk, under the altcoin giveaway if i'm not mistaken, the admin occasionally update the dedicated thread with fresh code. Its only 10 doge per code, i think.
