^ My first time opening investbox and this is what it says:

Invest your free coins to InvestBox! It’s a tool for devs to promote their coins. It’s NOT Pyramid/HYIP, all payments are made from special fund. InvestBoxes can change status from Active to «No coins», but you can close your investment any time, it’s 100% safe.

If I do get those airdropped coins/tokens, I'd like to test if it can be withdrawn easily.

There no harm to try though as long we wont pull any funds came from out pocket.I received the same email too about this Yobit airdrop and since
you can get some 100 coins for free without any need of investment then there would be no risk.Lets just observe on how this staking or interest goes overtime.
Im already done with airdrops but if it don't require anything then it isn't bad to join.

Then what's the big deal about Yobit's promotion? Are we reacting too much even if it looks unpleasant, based on how it looks like? I guess sometimes we're just overreacting on things which isn't yet happening. Though we received emails about the airdrop, I don't think it looks like shady promotion since the 100 coins automatically topped up on my investment box at yobit exchange profile. If happens, there will be issues like they're asking money from us personally, then that's the time we should rant for any speculative ideas. For now let's just wait and see, enjoy this opportunity until reaching our destinations.
Well, to be honest people nowadays are trying to be more protective with their funds or something since yobit had a history before. And you can't blame those people to be more wary and to be completely safe against any scams. But as long as you don't take any money from your own pocket to give to them, then that's fine if you'd like to take part of their free airdrops of token.

I don't even know if those coins that they've made has its own blockchain to check the transactions. Probably, most of those doesn't have and it's just moving on their own exchange.
They have but it seems it's under ddos attack take a look at their explorer here https://yoscan.io/#/ it keeps loading when I accessing it. So my guess it's under DDos attack.

I just found it from coingecko and they currently have small volume yet and 2 exchanges that support this coin.
Thanks, I've visited it but it doesn't stop loading on my end too and suddenly the page errors, so I think that this is no longer working anymore. I've looked also on coingecko and I found coinsbit and bitforex having this coin.

I think they're already preparing for the massive buys whenever this airdrop starts.

what did you have done before you recieve an email like this  ? i love airdrops and im subscribe to the youbit website but i dont see any email in regards to thier airdrop  or maybe you recieve a fake one  ? hmmm ...

better if we dont visit that link for safety purpose because we never know if its only  phished mail .

No Phishing Mail! Yobit sent emails to every registered user possibly and the airdrop is true.
Also, you can check their site by login, check the right bottom area where their notification shows up from twitter. To make it easy for you here is the tweet link https://twitter.com/YobitExchange/status/1191728946414542851

They want to pump the YO token that they own.
Not only by airdroping it to potentiel investors, but also by spending a fortune to create a fully dedicated forum for the promotion of their Shit tokens. It's clear how they are aiming to growth their Business Now.
They've known for that kind of conduct. They have pumped several altcoins that they made before and many lost money due to it. Forking coins as many as they want since they own the exchange.

I don't even know if those coins that they've made has its own blockchain to check the transactions. Probably, most of those doesn't have and it's just moving on their own exchange.

I think maybe almost like their other freecoins for people. And usually it is not really worth in value. If i get email like that, i will ignore it because the value wouldn't enough if i claim it. But maybe OP already wear Yobit signature, so just focus on it.
Value wouldn't be enough, how much money you think you can get through airdrop? You won't get even $50 for any of yobit airdrops (except you are owned enough of Yo coin)

Focus on what exactly you mean?

Here are two coins which were IEO's on yobit, and which were also on the investBox with the "endless returns" premise.. --
https://yobit.net/en/trade/MOON/BTC#6M
https://yobit.net/en/trade/URANIX/BTC#6M

Needless to say: it didn't end well..

You can add more his coin on the list:
LIZA
LAMBO
LIMBO
LIZUN
YOBIX
YONE
PONY
YO (I think this is the last and most active)

You forgot to say when his coins drop to 1 sat, they usually do the denomination so they renew the circle.

I also received the same email, i guess this is the first time yobit will be distributing airdrop besides those btc forks that were distributed based on your btc balance.

Quote
If you have 0 Yo Tokens - You'll got 100 new coins
Special Bonus for Yo Holders (Yo*XX)

I wish they can explain this better starting from 0.000001 YO coin to the new airdrop coin.

Quote
AirDrop in...
113:09:08 {timer in bold}

- Get new coins for Free
- If you have 0 Yo Tokens - You'll got 100 coins
- Special Bonus for Yo Holders (Yo*XX)
- 99% of new coin balance will be moved to InvestBox (new type)
- Daily InvestBox (special percent for Yo Holders)

Seriously, i can't understand what does this mean , as am not an airdrop fun.

This is just a countdown to when the airdrop shall be distributed.

I thought it's free because yobit said you will get 100 coins if your yo tokens are zero but if you receive new coins 99% of your balance will be moved to invest box which is obvious you can only get 1 coin and never get them back.

What is this invest box?
From the way you described it, it sounds like those fake promotions where you get 100$ free but you have to buy 1000$ worth of merchandise first!
I know yobit is shady but even for them to go that low is a bit weird.
From what i understood when i looked into it a while ago: this is exactly the premise of the InvestBox.

For example: They ask you to hold (buy) 1000 coins of MOON MOON, through their IEO, and if you do: they will give you 4% returns on MOON MOON "for ever". (In MOON MOON), and you can't cash out until after a week or something, or if you partially cash out, you don't get daily returns anymore.

Of course, at some point MOON MOON crashes to 1 sat (yobit runs with the btc funds they received in the IEO), and everyone is left holding 10 bazillion MOON MOON worth nothing.

The first thing Ponzi schemes claim is that they are not a Ponzi scheme!!
All comes from a "special fund". Of course, a special secret fud that produces money!

They want to pump the YO token that they own.
Not only by airdroping it to potentiel investors, but also by spending a fortune to create a fully dedicated forum for the promotion of their Shit tokens. It's clear how they are aiming to growth their Business Now.

Yet you are wearing a signature of the forum that Yobit is backing, part of the profit from the coins that you are calling shitcoins will be used to pay your effort to call Yobit's coin a shitcoin, better do that when you are not wearing their signature
You think that i , as a cryptotalk signature participants , shouldn't discuss Yobit activities or describe their tokens as shit. I expected to receive this note , then this is my answer:  First, am a participants of a signature camaign in bitcointalk forum. The campaign is managed by the best manager here "yahoo..." and am using Yobit panel to receive paiement. If you think something is wrong with this campaign, please make an announcement or contact the manager.  Second, here is the "service discussion" board where we can discuss Yobit strategies and Cryptotalk forum activity. No reason to prevent users from posting their opinion  whatever the signature they wear.  By following your opinion, manager Yahoo can't criticise Yobit and Adolfinwolf shouldn't criticise ChipMixer !!!
Anyway, thanks for your honest opinion.

They want to pump the yo token that they own. That's why it's on their airdrop rule whenever you hold that token, you'll get some bonus. But even if you don't have, they'll still give you a bunch of probable worthless tokens that will automatically go to the invest box.

It was very well explained by bitmaxz.

Don't' know much about this one you are talking about. I am also a newbie and recently started learning cryptocurrency exchanges. I came across through different platform all-stocks.net for example. Though I am open to any other crypto exchange platform. Let me know if there something reliable.
