They were marked as branded spam campaign in this forum itself 2 months ago.

This Yobit exchange is the biggest scam involved and famous exchange on crypto industry. I am not sure how still they are getting users for their exchanges.
Then they are doing giveaway with new listed tokens on their platform for certain limits of trade. Not sure what they are doing now.

Their invest box plan says its not a pyramid or ponzi but when someone giving profits based on how much we are investing might be ponzi,once we invest on it they will rerule that we can't take our capital money but the profits can be withdrawn and even they will take part of those profits in the name of withdrawa fee since they have insane high fee for everything.

That classic trump coin, I still remember it as I was actively using yobit in the past.
Actually from time to time I'm still using the site, but to be honest, I don't trust their IEO and I can received messages of notification on a certain IEO but I just disregard it since there's better sites that produces better results and we can ensure it has a long term value.

Yes, investors need to be very careful because there are much fake exchange creating their own IEO's in order to collect the fund from the people, so we have to watch them carefully because we should always go with the exchange which has the ability to choose the right for listing IEO.

Yobit has a bad record of either suspension of account or acamming money somehow. On the other hand, it has also created a shit posting campaign for the forum. I would rather stay away from yobit.

You are right! I forgot about this point when I was writing the post.
But still, I'd say that YoBTC is also connected with Yobit's Ponzi schemes. I think there is an investment plan, 0.2% daily return to YoBTC holders.

Whatever it is, in the end, it's Yobit and everyone should act like a mature person in order to protect their own money, unless they think off of charity... Roll Eyes

I guess they will continue to stay profitable since not everyone are aware of their reputation, the market is growing and possibly some newbies are going to invest in yobit, but that's just how it is, some people just commit mistakes and let's just hope they'll learn from it.

Bounty campaign was detected to be scam? Didn't they always paying their participants who wearing their signature?

How bitcointalk isn't friendly? Admin was banned yobit campaign because many people were spamming, it's because yobit set the max 20 posts in a day which make people will spam on this forum

I have known this issue from the beginning, and what you say is not all true. Some users take advantage of this exchange.
but indeed most of them feel disadvantaged by this exchange.

I haven't heard any complaint with the top coins so far tbh, they are famous for scamming with other altcoins and Ponzi things.

We just cannot accuse yobit alone, the dev team of an altcoin is also responsible sometimes.

But Yobit's fault is at the peak because they don't research any coin/token before listing and later those coins/tokens turn into a scam. They only think about listing fee.
If I'm not wrong then a few years ago I saw they have listed over 6k coins/tokens and guess what most of them are scams. The number could be above 95% or more...

If Yobit were professional and honest then they could be one of the top exchange in cryptoverse imo.

In 2017 Icos was the major focus in the crypto community and this happens because of the bullish momentum that the overall cryptocurrency market enjoys that year. Many people including me loss a lot of money because of the icos boom and scammers takes advantage of this is a boom to became very rich but in an illegal way. IEO is now bringing the investors back into the crypto community and that is why we should be careful not to be scam by the exchange that promoting them. Yobit has been in discussions for bad thing and that means before you invest in their exchange you have to be careful!

Yes,their investbox option still attract many new investors but its only for short term benefits,in long term you will completely lose the capital.

After cryptopia's hack,some coins only available on yobit so people has no choice over any other exchange.

They suck. Don't trade or invest anything that they advertise. They are so desperate that the exchange is all about making money on their own.
Don't deposit any amount of bitcoin or altcoin that they are supporting.
It's better to be safe than to feel sorry later because they really are greed, creating bunch of useless tokens that's hyping traders.
