I will most likely leave anyways because they have terrible communication and that isn't something I like to deal with.
I expected that the terrible reputation they have had for years would have been more of a motivating factor to ditch them, or not join them to begin with. Terrible communication wouldn't be as bad if it was just that.

It's going to be interesting to see how long that campaign will be running before the admins step in once again. Not accepting newbies>full members doesn't change much when there are thousands of +senior member accounts in circulation.

It was refilled a week or so ago, I guess the signature balance is empty again now but my posts are still being counted.  People on the other thread said this is normal for them.  For now I'll stick with Yobit since I've used their exchange for a long time and never had any issues.  Perhaps I'll change if another campaign opens up.

your posts are still being counted because it does bot script. When you receive the latest payments for your signature from Yobit?

Was like a week ago, I don't really check it too often.  Haven't been super active on the forum lately.  I think they only fill it up with a small amount every so often from what I've been reading about their past campaign.  I do think they have very sluggish customer service.  Takes a very long time to get a response from Yobit
If you again login to your yobit account, just try to move your earned bitcoins to the account balance,if you can be able to please confirm it here or else let us update here to know what is the status of yobit promoters.

I only cashed out .013 btc.  They only pay .016 per post for a hero member.  I guess that is decent but it is low compared to the bigger signature campaigns like chipmixer.  I will most likely leave anyways because they have terrible communication and that isn't something I like to deal with.

By the way the campaign is only open to Sr. Member, Hero, and Legendary so you can't join.

Nothing will change to their overall status even they hired a reputable bounty manager here. It will not change the fact of how unprofessional they are in general.

And prior to that, I doubt a reputable bounty manager here will accept the work.
in the previous campaign, they contacted yahoo62278 to be a manager of his campaign. He asks community opinion about that: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.50692188
Probably he can give you the right answer, whether they really wanted to hire a manager or they just wanted to improve their reputation.

In any case, we can talk whatever we want, Yobit campaign is bad or good, but I believe that their name is most used here in the last few months.

I missed that. Thank you.

However, does hiring a reputable manager will really clean their name overall? What about the past and unresolved incidents*. Hiring a reputable manager will save the forum from their spam as we all know how good Yahoo handling campaigns but not the actual YOBIT (service, poor customer support, ICO shilling). Just my two cents.

Yes, there's always room for a change but without them, an official representative, that will directly participate here in the forum, it still difficult to build up a trust.  Anyways, this is an off-topic already. Apology.

Yobit has been running a lot of ads on coinmarketcap but they still haven't been paying people for their signature campaign.

AFAIK, payment was done first before ads will be placed on Coinmarketcap. On the other hand, not the case in the signature campaign so they can do sh*t about payments.

Even back when they are active in sig campaign here, that "blue button" of theirs is not always working. There's a user here who take the risks of staying in Yobit sig camp even not receiving payment for several months or I think that was over a year*. I don't know if that user got paid eventually.

If they'd just fix their issuers and hire someone bounty manager here, they still can advertise in the forum and it could possibly earn the trust of the users. Yobit has been one of the surviving exchange since time. I can still see users wearing signatures of yobit but pretty sure they are not paid as well. I have chat yobiit support about it they were saying they are paying but checking my account the btc can't be send to my wallet.

They tried to contact yahoo when they got attention initally but they let the buzz about yobit to spread all around the forum and launched their IEO to make profits after that there is no intention from them to pay participants or manager so they just been silent.

No one will place your ads without payment at first but you have to wear signature for one week and then get payed.
As mentioned, campaign ended. On another hand we all know what is yobit, promoting a shady exchanger isn't a good way. They were fair with campaign users when it was open recently but at the same time a company which doesn't let some of it's customers to withdraw, why won't just ignore sig campaign participants? (in future) Once you are shady, you'll keep using moments and be shady again.

Also their page is still up. https://yobit.net/en/signature/details/ I mean the least they could do is add an update or 404 it. This just adds to the confusion.

But hey it's yobit afterall. I agree, users should do their own due diligence.

Of course they could do better job but again if you browse their website menu then you will not find any visible link to those pages. In that perspective those pages are hidden pages in their website.

~snip~
EVen before the ban there is no official statement from yobit, the same mysterious newbies created thread on service section and mentioned that yobit is launching their campaign.
I think after the ban and before the ban has total different story. Before the ban they paid their users and after the ban they did not pay the users which should mean that the campaign is not active. Some people are just taking chance even knowing the truth of not paying anymore but later they are complaining.
There are some confirmation about the payment even after the ban,not sure where that thread is now.But it only lasts less than a week then people starts complaining about the issue which I said earlier.

They reopened it and also paid the participants but they can't able to move those rewards to the account balance and there ia no response from them for this issue.
There were no such announcement from their officials. The user who created the topic clearly mentioned he was not a official if I can remember correctly. So, you can not blame YoBit for this.

Did this really happen? Can you link me a thread/post/quote about this? I remember asking a few users that were in the campaign (and still had the signature after the ban) if the signature kept working and they said the payment bot stopped working.
I am 100% confident that there were no official involvement in the forum after their 60 days ban.
Not on the forum, but i think that on their website they might have refreshed the signature page and send out a message to users/and or bumped it to their front page. (Don't quote me on this though since i only heard this from other users, can't confirm it myself.)

They never re-launched their signature campaign after they had been given a ban for 60 days.So why people do still join up the campaign if they aren't paying?
and also why not post on your yobit participant main account?  Wink

But we can't expect a shady exchange to be loyal all the times.People should change.

I guess the campaign ended after it received a ban of 60 days. Why would anyone keep using their signature in hope they get paid?
