Yeah, he thinks writing to the support is going to help him get his peanuts back when people have been waiting for years with their serious money-related issues.
Yobit participants should not complain anymore because they know the risk they are taking when they join the campaign, they could be blacklisted and worse they ended up not getting any from the amount they collected based on their post.
This is not yobit's fault, it's clearly OP's fault since he join the campaign even without a formal announcement.

Its not anyone fault but promoting scam for the high rewards always put you in this kind of risk.Hopefully they will understand now yobit is completely shady when it comes to money.
Yobit is not obliged to give reward because they don't resume their signature campaign, its only the members are assuming they will get paid, and now they want to contact support to complain. LOL.. this is the first case I know, others have gave up after making some experiment and they don't send message to support claiming their reward.

Obliged or not, if you treat your own "freelancers", (because that's what promoting a site is, more or less), like that, like literal dog shit, by first claiming that you resume the campaign, and then suddenly introduce a radio silence and stop communicating altogether while people are still promoting your business thinking you operate in good faith, well, you definitely deserve to get called out for that.

Although, looking at Yobit's other malpractices, this is probably likely just another day at the office for them, and nothing compared to the other stuff they already pulled, so no big surprises here that things went down like they did.

I guess you are somehow right because they only made an announcement about the yobit campaign but eventually they got punished with 60 day signature ban, and after the ban was over, some were thinking they can now continue to promote and get paid but no payment at all.

yobit has no made any announcement after the ban and it seems like they don't really care about the forum since their campaign was juts announce through twitter.

The chat is the best place to contact them and they will connect you to the team, but you need at least 0.01 to your Yobit balance to be able to use the chat, you can also contact them if you have that amount, it's very hard to contact Yobit, you can get an answer on their telegram channel but they cannot give you a definite answer.
The chats box it's for a user to communication with each other, I never see the Moderator/Support/Admin from Yobit showing at chats box.

A telegram was fully by a scammer, went you have a problem like "Money" at the platform/exchange the most recommended it's by contacting them at their site not outside from the service.

Anyway, you also not get responded using support ticket at Yobit, how could you got respond went contact them outside from the site. You can try to see at their Twitter, a lot of people have some problem with yobit and still don't get a response from their Official Social Media.

The best option, avoid them. But if you want to trade with a shitcoin, i will not remind u. before that, you should know the risk went using yobit after that you got a problem. Just says goodbye to your fund.

Obviously they are not going to respond anything for the signature campaign rewards and chat box mostly replied by bots so don't risk more money to get reply from them.

I can see that you are the architect or responsible for what has happen to you at the moment because the same complain was raised against Yobit in the past and you should have make an enquiry before participating in the campaign because they were here in the past.

They resumed and announced their signature campaign on their own site but not in bitcointalk, people also applied on their site not here so they are supposed to give rewards as they mentioned but they pretty shady by the way so we can't expect them to pay us when they are not interested into it.
Isn’t it interesting how they want to advertise their service on bitcointalk but are afraid to create a thread here because they know they will be flagged by the community. I’d say it’s totally signature promoters fault to promote a service on a website that doesn’t like them. It’s not just YoBit but the also the members who carry the signature are shady as hell. Just like how people started tagging LiveCoin participants, YoBits participants must also be tagged.

Exactly! You have an account here in bitcointalk for a while and still you don't know the drill before using an exchange. The very least you can do if you have a coin needed to buy or sell there is to not stay for long. Withdraw right away. There are lots of reviews here about Yobit and 90% are all negative.

YoBit could do better job if they had a better customer support. All these mess against them is because of their poor customer service.
It's not just customer support. They have shady ICO's, pump schemes and other activities which can easily loot the investors. They were a decent trading exchange a few years ago but due to massive bitcoin rise, they are just a money-hungry service with no real intentions of serious operations.

The reason OP wanted to contact them is to get paid for using their signature. He doesn’t have a real problem...

Of course, I still see some guys wearing Yobit and they are not posting that they are getting paid, they are earning in their dashboard but you can't transfer to their balance, after the last campaign I don't think they are going to do a bounty campaign here, they will wait to ease up and maybe they will implement new rules and guidelines, the current one sucks.

In past I've been in old signature campaign of Yobit, and I can't say that their support was not responsive at all. Offcourse, their support always been terrible, but I remember getting answers several times. Usually I tried to contact dominkerhzog (guy from their staff) via trollbox or PM. If he is still active there, you can try to PM him. I suggest to send message only when he is online - there will be biggest chance that he will respond.

Why bother using Yobit anyway? They had been acting shady since 2017 and has been doing that ever since so I don't understand why people feel the need to still use the said platform? Customer support is literally non-existent, balances not appearing most of the time and the worst part: withdrawals, sometimes, go from pending to 0, and I don't know if that was already fixed or not. They have their own bitcointalk handle but that doesn't seem to be doing any good as well, so I don't think there really are other ways on reaching out to them.

Your best bet is to just pray to the gods that yobit staff (if there are any lol) would grant your request.

Its way beyond that: shady IEO's , disabled or offline wallets and probably more. Even it had an active support I don't think it would make difference.

If they want to come clean they have to resolve these things which I see it far from happening as I don't think they are interested in hearing what community says and hearing out customer problems.

I thought this was a serious problem from OP, if he didn't clarify with another post, we would have thought Yobit has done another possible scam attempt again. That's why I was asking a little details on his concern as I don't want to judge right away, but my post was deleted (maybe off topic).

Hi!

Does anyone know of any alternative ways to contact support?

The one you did is the only way.

As far as my observation is a concern, tickets related to signature campaign payments are being ignored since then even during the time when they are active and paying their participants here. I'm part of their campaign way back 2015 and also have minor concerns about sig payment but never of my tickets were being responded.

However, even I never heard of a signature campaign-related ticket being answered by them, some of my minor exchange related issues in the past are able to handle. That gave me a conclusion that they never care for any sig campaign-related concerns.

Anyways for your reference, during the time when they are still active here in the signature campaign, troll box moderators are the one who fixes the magic button for transferring campaign payment to wallets. Yes, they will notice anyone who has a concern about it. However currently, if I'm not mistaken, users should have an active balance of BTC0.01 (or BTC0.02?) before anyone can send a message to the troll box. In the past, there's no restriction like that.
