YoBit support sucks donkey balls!!  I have had a ticket open for almost a month on a stuck deposit and nothing...
I have been hearing in recent times that yobit is not doing a very good job at their customer service department. Having a signature campaign you would think they would be more involved in that to keep all happy. I would beg to that differ now after hearing all these issues from their own members.

You guys just can't stop attacking the site can you?  If you do not like the way that they do business, then just leave them alone and ignore the site.  I do not understand why it is so important for you to attack something.

What ? Why are you supporting the site ? because you are using their signature ?  The OP is waiting his withdrawal from 3 weeks but he did not received it yet also he tried to contact them through support but they did not replied him .

@OP you should open a SCAM ACCUSATION against YOBIT because 3 weeks is enough time . Then maybe the Admin read your Message and process your withdrawal .

i think they are having a maintenance on some of their wallets in the past few days . as i can see you are not visiting their thread and checking for an update , and maybe you are not the only one experiencing that . why don't you try to send them a private message here maybe they will respond to your message .

You are not the one who experience the issue the same as your problem.. i experience it before but its solve in few days.,the support is very slow and yobit is the worst support that i experience..

I don't know why there are a lot of threads opened about yobit's problems , I am using this exchange because it has a lot of coins which are unavailable in other exchanges , and it is fast in trading , deposit , and withdraw , but I don't know any thing about its support , honestly , all the threads that I have read were taking about its support .

Jokes aside, IMO the only flaw they have is that legendary lack of support.
I was with them close to a year and never experienced any problems.
Fact, never withdrawn altcoins, only bitcoins. But received some alts on yobits wallet
no problems with exchanging to BTC.

My advice, just stay patient. They wont run with your coins. 

This is not a way to run a website, a company. specially a  exchange and trading site which should be fast enough and reliable too.

giving advice to users to just stay patient is good but just look at the rate of bitcoin and other altcoins. this is the perfect time for buy/sale,
as a trader I know how important this time is, and as a trader I know it very well staying patient at this point is not so beneficial for use. and going down it this time for yobit is not cool at all.
I also feel they don't run away with our coins but they should do something as fast as well,
peoples well not stay patient and will surely go with another exchange service.

Yobit was one of the trusted exchange service, but unfortunately from last few weeks the support system of yobit is almost dead. and Some altcoin wallets also are in maintenance from few weeks and not working well,

Kindly everyone stop using altcoin trading of yobit service until they announce any fresh update.

Do not expect any response from their support. Even if you try to contact them here in the forum, they will not respond to your question be it an inquiry or a major problem. They really suck at valuing their customer service which I think should be considered untrustable.

Yeah right they have slow support the only thing that you can do try to post in their official thread maybe they can see your post or pm the yobit account here in our forum.. many people are now complaining about there worst support.
