I don't think there will be an issue for payments. They just paid me for another month so I would assume they will refill the site balance by monday

Thanks for the clarification sir, it's been a great campaign, what can they ask more, great manager, great participants, I hope Hanebu can resolve  his concern, so every participant can check if they are following Yobit's TOS so their account will be in good terms, because once your account on Yobit is banned, you cannot continue in the campaign, even if you are in  good standing in the campaign.

Hello, I would like to ask participants and please confirm if you can still transfer your campaign earnings to your balance, I cannot anymore, I hope they will replenish the campaign, and of course, looking forward to the campaign to continue, holiday season is fast approaching, and of course Bitcoin halving also we need to buy more coins.

Do not worry.
Most likely, the balance for payments has ended on the balance sheet, this has already happened several times. As a rule, the balance is replenished within a few days.
If the company ended, there is nothing to be done about it, but most likely it would be displayed on the Yobit panel.

@yahoo62278 If possible, can you talk about my issue the next time you interact with any of Yobit's representatives? I already tried contacting the admin to no avail. This is basically a last ditch effort on my part to try and unblock my account.

EDIT: I saw you got a stupid response from them. Exactly as expected from Yobit.
Honestly, I was surprised that someone actually responded even if it was a ridiculous response. Talking to their customer care is like winning a lottery. I do hope no one else goes through the situation that I am going through right now.

How long is it now? Haven't they peeled off the situation to look into the problem you are having there? I see many users talk that Yobit is good and they don't have any problems with the exchange, while another group of haters even post in the exchange regarding unprocessed withdrawals and blocked accounts without any reason, and the fake volume problem too. I have also seen some withdrawal issues of exchange members when they talk in the chat there, and when the users are not happy at all with their support, I don't think you will get a satisfying response from Yobit.

So the possibility of getting your account blocked and getting no response from them must be expected, earlier i never used the exchange and i am also using the exchange just to participate in the campaign and trading some coins now, it sucks big time if they are not providing the reason for the block, thanks for letting everyone know the situation and expecting you to update it here if they even respond.

Update: Someone named BlackSmith responded to 1 of my tickets(New Yobit account) with absolutely absurd reasons. This was the response: Reason of block - multiaccs on Yobit and Cryptotalk (spam)!

-Multi-accounts( Had 1 initially which I could not reactivate since I never received the auth email which is why I had to create a 2nd account(Blocked) and I created a 3rd account to talk to their customer care about why my 2nd account(Main) got blocked. What would anyone gain through multi-accounts in this case anyway?

-Cryptotalk spam: Never joined Cryptotalk. Also, I am a quality poster which is why I still am a part of this campaign. Worst exchange ever.

It is true that they have a shitty customer support and you can find many complaints in this forum about the time it takes for resolution.

You should try to contact the admin on cryptotalk. That's where I have been able to get answers from them. Not guaranteeing he will answer you, just likely your best shot.
I thought of doing that earlier, but decided not to since he has been offline since quite sometime which is why I expected to receive no answers. I will try now since I have nothing to lose as you stated.

Also, I didn't understand what you meant by additional harm to the blocked account since there is nothing worse than a blocked account.

I didnt know that the system would write that your UID is already connected to other account.

I thought that if you connect new to the system, it would have alarmed to admins that this UID is connected to two account and they would claim that this is reason your first account was banned.

My account is still blocked and I have no idea why. I literally only use Yobit for withdrawing my signature campaign earnings. As you said, this could happen to anyone which is why I decided to post about this to warn everyone regarding their funds on Yobit.

Their customer service is downright pathetic since I received 0 responses to my tickets so far. Their twitter and telegram accounts are infested with scammers. I will change my signature as soon as I get into another campaign in the near future.

Is it possible to connect your current account to freshly registered account on yobit? So you wont have to change signature. Or it will look like an act of using multiple account ?  Or it will in someway make harm to your banned account?

Woke up yesterday to find my Yobit account blocked out of the blue without any valid reason provided. I proceeded to contact their support team(Sent them 4 tickets) and still haven't received any proper response apart from the automatic system generated replies(Horrible customer support).

I have used their exchange in the past without any issues which makes this even more weird. I have been promoting Cryptotalk forum for quite sometime and received payments regularly without any issues.

I don't expect their support team to reply back and I don't think my issue will be resolved(Based on their shady history), but I will wait a little longer before abandoning this campaign. I luckily have a small amount of BTC on their exchange currently since I usually don't store my crypto on exchanges and always withdraw to my wallet asap.

Advice to everyone participating in this campaign and Yobit users in general : Do not leave your funds on Yobit.

Ban is not random, maybe you had several accounts (two will be enough) and they found it against the rules..?
