You need to contact support.

Yes you need to wait and be atleast jr member to join the campaign as it is the lowest rank needed to join here, you can try 777coin or bitvest campaign if you want since they accept newbies

I am not that sure if they still accept new people. I like Yobit really much so if I was you I just should wait a really short time and join this campaign.

Also if you didn't already, check your spam folder if it has gone there for some reason.
