this is the signature campaign on bitcointalk and we are posting here to get paid and this is the official thread of the signature campaign so they should solve the related problems here not through ticket!
While I agree with you that this
SHOULD be the place for support regarding the sig campaign, that just isn't happening. the Yobit official BCT account has had a grand total of 6 actual replies to questions/concerns in all 30 pages of this thread, with the last one being on May 25th. This certainly doesn't mean that Yobit isn't reading the thread and fixing issues as they arise, but they sure aren't publically acknowledging any concerns recently.
So, by all means, continue posting questions or concerns to this thread, just don't expect a reply on the thread from Yobit as their history of doing so not that great. I must mention a minor technicality though: The problem is with a feature of Yobit's website (the actual payout occurs on their servers), so returning here to BCT to report a problem with a 3rd party website, especially when said website has their own support mechanism in place, seems rather "round-a-bout" to me. It would be great to get clarification from Yobit as to where sig campaign related issues should be sent.
As for the button not working due to low balance in the payout wallet, that is a guess of course. It makes sense from both a business and technical standpoint to limit the funds available in any kind of automated payout wallet. Sure, it would be nice to have some sort of conformation if this is the case or not, and also get some official explanation as to why the payout button stops working for many users, but this is Yobit's campaign and they're free to govern it however they see fit
