i has been sign up today for this signature campaign , looks another signature campaign is full or not accepting member
If you look closely on the first page of this thread, you will see that the thread has been updated and the least requirement is full member.
In the first post it is written clearly that member + rank could join the compagn, where did you find that the minimum requirement is full member?
Besides imo with the low rewards yobit fits most with the lower ranks (which contains serious & spammers ofc)
It's true that a lot spammers join this Signature Campaign to earn a few cents!
They are doing 20 posts per day only to reach the maximum allowed posts per day, i am sure if yobit will change it to 50 posts the spammers will even post 50 spam posts.
I am sure if Yobit change the rank to join to at least full member it will keep some of the spammers out!
Because now you can even join as jr.member right? So they not care if they are kicked out they will just signup again and join yobit again.

Many members spamming theyre post because they lack of time and they dont know the rules of they joining campaign but if you post 20 post a day you a spammer? Even if others post length of 2-3 line per post? Oh i think they will do another rule if other saying that 20 post per day is spamming. Lol. Thats not spamming . I think spamming is just posting one line and nonsense, non reasonable post.

When will be the registration on yobit be online? It says on status thats "Registration is currently off"
Many have reported this issue in the previous posts just try to register later better with another IP

You can apply in their site bro no need to post it here and wait the campaign manager will answer your question.
You can try to apply directly in their site yobit.net/en/signature but make sure you wear their signature campaign ang their pernal text then input your UID in the Link thats all.
