denied? its your BTC I understand....but what's wrong with me? I am willing to do escrow if u remotely think I am a scammer.....I have been scammed twice already here......not complaining it was my fault sending first.

I'm just curious know how you can stop one from charging back by knowing whether he is using verified paypal account or not? Because one can buy these verified accounts easily in open market. This is just for my information. Thank you.
You can't stop one from charging back. But it reduces the chance.
Its one of the factors I look at to decide if I am going to deal or not. Not going to reveal all my factors. (Even tho. Like last week I lost $220 :/ So it does not work as planned)

It would get you $5.10 worth of BTC..However I am not dealing with you unless your PayPal account has been verified for longer then a year, Or you can prove your not going to chargeback. Since your new to the forum.
