Boil the milk for 10 minutes. then immediately put the milk in the glass jar to the brim. Cover your mouth with its own airtight cap. Leave it at room temperature and in a dark place. Check after 24 to 48 hours. If it has thickened, put it in the closet. Taste when it cools. enjoy your meal.

If you boil the milk, then isn't the bacteria killed? If you seal it, then where does the bacteria come from?

I make yogurt occasionally. I heat the milk to 80° C. That's hot enough to denature the proteins and kill any bacteria, but not hot enough to cook the milk. Then I cover it and after it cools to 40° C, I add a small amount of yogurt from a previous batch to start it. After about 8 hours of growth in a warm location, it is ready and I refrigerate it. I usually strain it overnight to make greek-style yogurt.

I love yougurt right from the beginning since my childhood because it so sweet and tasting to me but believe me when i get older and i see the good reason to be drinking it i so much love it.
Also Modern yogurt production involves culturing milk with live bacteria. The bacteria produce lactic acid which coagulates the milk proteins, making yogurt thick and slightly sour in flavor. The bacterial cultures required for producing yogurt are Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

Yogurt has a special role in helping digestion as well as reducing the level of bad cholesterol or LDL in the blood as well as controlling blood pressure that's why there is almost no risk of heart disease if you eat this dairy food regularly. Reading this reminded me of the first time I took yogurt. I was about 9 years old then and my mom wanted to buy ice cream for us. I saw a well-dressed young man taking and I decided that was what I was going to take.

When I requested for it, my mom asked me if I was sure if that was what I wanted because my favorite raspberry flavor ice cream was available, but I insisted on yogurt. When I received my yogurt and took the first bite, I wanted to throw up thinking that the ice cream had soured Smiley.

I couldn't say anything because I had been forwarned. I didn't want to add beating to my disappointment  Grin.
I ended up throwing the yogurt away while stifling a cry.

It's been a sad experience. I hope you were not affected by this experience and resent to eating yogurt.

Yeah, it was a bad experience, but I had to man up because I saw other children enjoying it. But it later became my favorite

Yoghurt is known to have good benefits for the digestion because it is high in protein and healthy fats. Fruits and vegetables that are eaten with yoghurt tend to get absorbed by the body faster, therefore speeding up your digestion process.

It is also an excellent source of probiotics, which work on your digestive system to help your body absorb essential nutrients. They also improve your gut health and immune system.

So, all of these nutrients make yoghurt a very versatile food that you can eat any time of the day.

Yogurt is a very useful probiotic for intestinal flora. Unless of course you make it yourself at home. There is no benefit to eating yogurt if you buy it from the market.

Yoghurt is very healthy if its natural, but many companies only sell it sugar added and other things. If we can get low fat yoghurt without any artifical ingredients, then it's very good for our body. Especially if we have problems with our stomach, then eating a yoghurt a day can make a big difference. I always switch between milk and yoghurt for my cereals.

Yogurt is known to have good benefits for the body, especially as a solution for those who have problems with digestion. The nutritional
content in yogurt is not maximally useful, because the yogurt that is widely circulated today is not natural. Maybe because of its sour taste,
many Yogurt manufacturers mix it with added sugar as you say. That's so that it tastes better and can be accepted by more people, because
we know there are people who don't like the natural sour taste of Yoghurt.

Yogurt is a fermented dairy product with high nutritional value, obtained as a result of lactic acid fermentation and containing live lactic acid bacteria.[1]  Lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus are one of the few bacterial species used to make yogurt from milk.  In addition, other lactobacillus and bifidobacteria are sometimes added during or after the culture of yogurt.  Yogurt is available in solid or liquid (drinking) consistency, sweet, sour flavors, fruity, vegetable, chocolate, vanilla and other flavors.  There are also different types of yogurt.  E.g;  Strained yogurt is widely used in making appetizers.  There are many types of dishes and beverages made with yogurt, including buttermilk, tzatziki and kesh.

So far everything is normal.  Did you know that you can make yogurt with only the bacteria in the milk without any bacteria?  Boil raw milk for 10 minutes.  Put it in the jar while it is hot to the brim.  Cover it.  Leave for 24-48 hours at room temperature and in a dark place.  Your yogurt will be ready with its consistency and taste.  enjoy your meal.

I will try your method. I love natural yogurt. as far as you told, ultra natural yogurt that you made.

I actually like it sour with no synthetic chemicals, sugar etc. I wouldn't mind natural/healthy sugar or sweetener though.

If I could make mine from freshly extracted milk without adding anything, I would like it alot.   Things I read on yogurt labels discouraged me from taking them atall. They made me abit sick back then whereas I took them for their health benefits

dude, I explained how to do it without adding anything in my article. I'm telling you again. You can experiment with a small jar.

I tasted flavoured yoghurt which is obviously not the real one but I hate the taste even that smell.

Regarding the creation I saw some YouTube video ehich is related to a review of a refrigerator that can convert a boiled milk into yoghurt by maintaining the appropriate temperature required for it with no extra substance.

It is an oven style cabinet. my method is more natural and most probiotic!! Wink

Yes I really enjoy yogurt like you, my favorite kinds are original yogurt, almond yogurt, frozen yogurt, and drinkable yogurt.
I am also aware of the many nutritional benefits that yogurt has to offer.

I recommend you to try the honey yoghurt sometime.

It sounds really stupid, but I like yogurt, but I would not eat something where I put milk outside for 2 days.

Yes, city child here.
why it is being stupid as yoghurt lover? half of people in the world loves yoghurt because aside from good taste this is also good for our health.

and besides this is one of the main breakfast of our childhood like oatmeals lol.

I love yogurt so much, especially peach and strawberry yogurt. The problem is that it hurts my tummy (most dairy products do). I still slam a few gogurt down every few years.

There's nothing better than some greek yogurt! Would this taste good with 0% milk? I assume so, I usually buy it from the store rather than make it at home.

Boil freshly squeezed milk for 10 minutes.  and put it in the hot hot jar.  Close the lid tightly.  Leave to ferment for 24 hours at room temperature.  We don't put anything in it.  Make a small amount and give it a try.😉

Ofcourse... Will hopefully try that one day.
I thought about trying it days ago but it's bit hard to access fresh milk where I live unless you get it from nomads who typically found in  bushes.
Would have used the factory-made canned/packaged milk but the ingredients used in making them discouraged me. Will probably try to use natural honey as a substitute for unhealthy white sugar as well.
