Who won Jackpot 2? I noticed it's lost 80% of it's value, did anybody see who hit it?

Yup guys this is the one real game and real site by the way. I will just skip to good comments in yolodice as I like this site a lot. I keep playing this site more as compared to others and I have earned good money from you. That's why I thought of leaving some good response here as others would know about it. Go ahead and try it. The rakeback of 30% is always amazing, I wish that feature would have been added earlier than this.

Hey guys, my price bot now works slightly differently but much better. It now works like so:

!btc usd will give you the bitcoin price in USD
!btc usd 0.05 will give you the price of 0.05 BTC in USD
!usd btc 20 will give you the amount of bitcoins 20 USD would buy

You can also use any other fiat currency supported by coindesk's API, which is a lot more than blockchain.info's API.

!btc php
etc...

Hope you like it

Edit: I've also just added !last, which will give you information about the last block, including it's height, how many transactions were in it and how long ago it was.

Edit 2: I have now also added !mempool, which gives the size of the mempool and !seen, which will tell you the last time a user was seen (works with names and ID)

It looks like 1 user with 9x leverage have more than 13 BTC in bankroll which seems the biggest investor but there can be bigger investor at 10x leverage however we can't see that in the stats shared on site.

I have over 10BTC at 10x leverage here! Been a crazy good week!

I have really high expectations for YoloDice this year and it has started well!
Congratulations, I'm glad to hear you've done so well investing in YD!  I hope the upward trend continues! Smiley

A good contest, I'm looking forward to its results. I have been on your site for a month, I found that it was very nice, everything worked smoothly and without any errors. However, if allowed to comment, I want you to upgrade its look, we prefer an eye-catching interface.

I do not think they need to change/upgrade their interface, keeps like what they have now is better because it is simple and eyes-friendly. Of course it is subjective, some people may agree with you but some others may not. That's why there is  way to switch between dark and light mode. I think it is more than enough.
I agree with panjul07, I love YD's interface, especially the night mode.  It's 10x better than any dice site I've played on, and I've played on a LOT.

Hi,

I think I can share this information, it does not reveal any private data. I checked the number of investors agains the total invested amounts. And...

There are 20 investors that have investments of total 5 BTC or more (each).
There are 14 investors that have investments of total 10 BTC or more (each).
There are 8 investors that have investments of total 15 BTC or more (each).

Some investors (me included) seem to hold multiple investments open.

Regarding the future profits and "can someone win a lot" question - everything can happen. The math is on our side, site has 1% advantage over the players, but max bet profit is over 14 BTC right now (it's almost 2.5% of tha bankroll), because most of investments are at x10 leverage.

While it seems unlikely that profit will turn negative, a high roller can decide to play really high and if he/she wins... On the other hand, any player can lose too, and in such a case the profit grows. See January 2017 when the site profit grew from -5 BTC to almost 50 BTC.

Other than that, see how the daily wagered amount is increasing over time.

For me it's one of the most important factors that determines the site growth. So even if site profit drops, I can sleep assured it will recover at some point.

YD has a group of dedicated players and new players are getting aboard, so while I don't think it would be honest to tell you to "put all your money into YD", I can honestly say I have put all my BTC savings into the bankroll (most at x10 leverage).

Cheers,
Ethan

Hi Ethan. Investments seem to have performed remarkably well, currently 144 BTC profit vs expected of 95 profit. It seems since late July the rate of increase of profit is at a different gradient to expected increase. Also volatility of returns are pretty low.
My question is do you think investors have just been extremely lucky or is it the case sooner or later the gamblers are going to have a series of huge wins causing a big drawdown? Can you check the 'expected return' graph and confirm it's accurate (i.e. maybe the gradient should be steeper)?

Expected profit is just that, expected and not guaranteed. It could be lower or it could be higher, and right now it is higher.

However, being around these sites long enough I can tell you that more often than not people don't play as smart as they could and it ends up losing them money in the long run, because of bad "strategies" or other fallacies. So I believe that even a year from now you'll still see the site profit well above the expected profit. The only time it really starts to deviate is when big whales come to play.

Sidenote, Ethan, can you please, please lower the withdraw fee. Blocks aren't full and transactions are confirming for pennies yet I'm forced to pay $3 every time I need to get money out of the site. It's an insult and an embarrassment.

Could one reccommend an android bot for yolodice?

What do you mean? Do they even have a mobile apps? I believe they have a good bot which is really fast on pc, and to make it on android version, there is none exist. So if you want to do things about their bot, try on their pc mode, it is really fast and without stopping as far as I ever used it

We don't have a mobile app, but if you open YOLOdice website in Chrome, and then chose "Add to home screen" from the page options, it will actually install YD in a way similar to a native app. I am using it like this and it's way better than using YD from the browser.

Cheers,
Ethan
Thank you, guys, I saw it now. The bot of yolo is good.
Maybe I could be a ref of one of you? PM me, if you want, your reflink. I will take the first.Want to register tomorrow.
I'm not sure if Ethan even has a referral link, since he's the owner.  It doesn't make sense for him to pay himself extra. xD

You could click the other guy's Signature link if he has a YD signature, or use mine.  I'm Randall(7) in chat.

Good luck!

I think that a question like that is just pure speculation to be honest.  From the math side of things, of course the house has the favor in the long run, but it is very possible to see a high roller come in and win on a high payout, or just happen to get lucky.  It's a little silly to ask Ethan what he thinks because there's no way to prove it will/won't happen.

All I can tell you is that in the 9+ months I've worked at YOLOdice is that I've only ever seen us lose 10% of the bankroll once (maybe not even that, I could be remembering wrong).

If the math performs as it should, then the upward trend should continue.

If you look at the investment structure at x10 leverage you'll see the biggest investor has an investment of 51.738 BTC. Therefore the largest investor has *at least* 51.738 BTC. He would have more if he has opened more than 1 investment.
If you add up all the investments in the investment structure, it equals the site bankroll, therefore one has to assume the list of investments is inclusive of all investments (i.e. both the owners and general public). Owner probably doesnt have an investment. Ethan can get profit out of the 35% that is taken as commission (once faucet and everything else is paid).

Hello everyone!

My chat bot has begun to take shape and can be found in chat as AM(80675). Right now it only has one command, but I'll be working on adding more in the near future.

  • !price [currency] - Fetch the latest price from Blockchain.info's API. If a valid 3 digit currency code is included after, it will give the price for that currency instead of USD.
  • Example: !price | !price EUR | !price AUD

If you don't get the name, it's from the short story I have No Mouth, and I Must Scream where the evil, all-seeing all-powerful AI is named AM.
