Faucet can be claimed when your balance is zero. Maybe you have invested your balance in website. Which mean you don't have 0 satoshi in your account. Therefore, can't claim faucets.

I think investments counts as balance, if that is the problem.

And about the level, just wondering how much will be added on each level going. Your XP from referrals counts everything your referrals wagered so far. The same goes for investing. If you had investments or referrals in the past, this is a way to boost your level instantly.

You will be probably jeleous once you find out which level I got thanks to my investments :-) Considering my rakeback level I am really tempted to play a bit :-)
