I'm quite sure his main purpose is not hunting the jackpot, he was betting normally to earn some eth. The jackpot was just a surprise bonus IMO. Betting for hunting jackpot only is not really recommended especially if the jackpot amount is not +EV for players.

The probability of winning the jackpot is 1 in 100,000 or less if you're lucky. Last week while I was trying to hit a low number for their number competition I was lucky enough to hit the jackpot after a few thousand bets in. I only used a small bet amount though, my priority was the competition but winning 1%(0.12eth during the time) of the jackpot is still not bad tbh.

You CAN lose, do not be fooled. Even if the edge is in your favor. Bad luck happens:)

The only problem with the last two out of the three was you used the profits you received on the sites to gamble. Which kind of defeats the purpose of doing it in the first place. I think the sites rely on users who invest to imagine they will make what they receive more but end up just giving it back to the site.

Well, this is some featured we cannot make unto our favor. From my perspective here is don't be greedy if you win a reasonable amount just cooldown or withdraw your winning first to prevent busting.
