Wow! Really a great news to all of us. That means that bitcoin will going to be people's payment to buy things someday without any issue from governments. It's clear that bitcoin become legalize of all country in all over the world.

You can, but should you? I don't think buying with crypto adds any extra utility to purchasing a house. Most countries allow great tax breaks for bringing in capital to buy a house anyway so often times property buyers are treated just like locals are. Especially in the UK I don't think that cash would be a problem. Using large sums of BTC for a payment other than just electronic FIAT could be more of a problem other than a utility when it comes to buying a house.
Well one benefit is obvious, people think if you don't cash out your bitcoin to FIAT then you don't have to pay any tax. You can buy goods and leave the taxman out of it. Buying a house would probably not work in this regard as you will have to register your property in your country. If you would buy outside the country you live in it might be easier.

If I'm supposed to buy a house then I would stick to fiat. It is much more stable to use but if you really want to use BTC then go ahead. I prefer spending fiat in these matters. It's not a problem - buy something using bitcoin. The problem is not where to spend them. Now there are thousands of places where you can buy goods for bitcoins.

It is very good that more and more countries are beginning to allow purchases for bitcoin! Now there is even a bitcoin map, where you can see all the points in the whole world - where bitcoin is taken! Such places and countries are becoming more and more! And this of course can not rejoice!
I also love very much when this positive news appears in mass media. Recently I read that many singers sell their albums for Bitcoins. They promote cryptocurrency, and let other people believe in it!

Buying house with btc is good news ; and it means that Govt of the country have no objection if trading done in btc. It is one step ahead in making btc more popular. It will increase it's demand and ultimately as a result price rise.

Undoubtedly good news. I am glad that such large construction companies follow new, promising technologies. I hope that such companies, which can accept crypto-currencies as payment, will be more.
For me , it is an advantage for companies to take bitcoin as a form of payment because it could actually help them to earn more and to have a bigger profit because having bitcoin is initially an investment itself. more good news , this is exactly what bitcoins needs if we are spending our bitcoins and not just holding them of course this will push the acceptance of bitcoins as a currency, jamsey hagan , managing director of hagan homes commented that their acceptance is basically a reflection of their willingness to respond to the market ......bitcoins is getting help its now up to us to encourage the spending of bitcoins because if we continue to hold all our bitcoins then we are stifling the market and bitcoins and by extension our own investment, as if we continue to just hold then people will stop accepting bitcoins as a payment because it makes no financial sense to train people in an area that is rarely used so people please craft your portfolio with a portion dedicated to spending .At this point bitcoins acceptance as payment for goods is not great so when these opportunities arise we need to encourage and support them.

There are real estates on sale for BTC in a lot of countries - I've seen especially a lot of in Asia.

Well this is a good news and this is the reason why do people still using bitcoin until this point, bitcoin should be used for something like this. People should not complain about the fee anymore because bitcoin is only used for purchase house or another expensive thing, bitcoin is not just suited for small transaction, a market with the big transaction have to use bitcoin as their payment method cause it's really cool and simplest.

This is a good thing for Britain community specially to those who use bitcoin. Accepting payments using bitcoin in selling a house or buying it is actually quite good as they are trying to cope with the advancement of currency as bitcoin as it is. I am sure that they will immediately gain potential buyers through implementing it and this also helps them to promote their properties so that they will also gain trust and interest for those cryptocurrency users.
