Hello, if I send BTC to Neteller via Bitpanda will my balance be available to spend using Net+ card?
if you send EUR to Neteller via Bitpanda yes. If you load your Neteller account _directly_ with BTC, you can't
But lets say I have BTC balance on Bitpanda and send it to Neteller, this way will not be available for Net+ or Bitpanda will convert and sen only the BTC value in euros?

just so you know that thread is nearly 1.5 years old. We already work with Neteller and Skrill.
And yes, they already merged over 1 year ago to form the "paysafe Group".

Skrill soon will be part of Neteller group. As they announced it recently - Neteller thinks that acquiring Skrill will put them as dominant company in sector of rapidly expanding international payment processing and digital wallet markets. Neteller will buy Skrill for an estimated €1.1 billion. So I think it is great move to start partnership with Neteller right now, when they're still growing.
Have any link regarding neteller thinking of acquiring Skrill ? I haven't heard about this before but know that both neteller and skrill support deposit from each other with low fee and i have actually done that several times. However if this is true will be very big move by neteller.Neteller may not provide in built bitcoin buying features to worldwide users however if local bitcoin trading/exchange platforms seeks for partnership like this they may still be happy to get integrated.

Good news, things are moving. That will als attract potential new users. For now only from Europe but this will probably change in the future. Because of competition other similar services like Skrill or PayPal could also be force to make the same decision. Just wait and see.

Customers can currently buy €25 worth of bitcoin without full verification of their account, allowing them to test the platform easily.
I have a question regarding this offer. Is this only one time promo? I.E. One user is able to buy €25 worth bitcoin and that is it? Promo is over?Can you make it a recurring promotion/regular feature - just impose monthly limit and it should be fine.

What i hope also is when you log into neteller there is some kind of button to buy bitcoin direct, for someone new to bitcoin but with a neteller wallet, they see it as a deposit option and want to buy etc...
