Absolute nonsense. There is no "truth". The whitepaper is very much outdated and describes a Bitcoin from the past. This is why someone wanted to publish an updated version. If you read the whitepaper, you get the general idea but actually miss out on a lot of stuff. You may even get misled about some things (e.g. no mention of ASIC miners).

Who even uses reddit anymore? It's a cesspool of bots and bullshit and it is probably one of the worst platforms for any sort of "discussion" you can use.
