Judging from the reviews by many users I haven't seen anyone that talked good about these exchanges, it means they are red flags, I prefer binance exchange because it's well talked about, very easy to choose good exchange using reviews
As for me I will just consider any project that use p2pb2b exchange to raise IEO funds as scam, sorry to say but the teams running exchanges on OP list are scammers, apart from high aim on money there are many bad reviews about unable to withdraw funds or price manipulation, even wash trading too

You hit it right highly reputable exchange will never ruin their reputation to these kind of projects just because of the fee, they want to deliver right projects to their investors, more good projects in their platform more trust and more profit both to investors and exchange, it's a win win situation.
Half of the time IEo projects are not able to raise the required capital but still they are traded on exchanges. I do not like the idea of IEO itself. It is better to always do a background check before investing in any IEO projects.
These exchanges have bad reputations and it's well known by many on here but some developers don't know this, maybe because rating websites rates some bad exchanges like p2pb2b as top exchanges

That would not happen, there's still a lot of exchanges that will replace their position or do what they are doing. Exchanges are always categorized between good and bad and that is only based on the individual perception, I believe for us to be successful in investing, we need to have good knowledge about IEO and which exchanges are reputable that could give us a great chance to be profitable.
At the moment, it's really not for altcoins yet, that's the reason why majority of the ICOs and IEOs failed this time, but still it should not stop from investing as there are still IEOs that are successful especially in short term, so if we complain about the reputation of the exchanges listed, maybe we should just disregard them in our list and look for the better one.
Actually it depends on the project itself, if the project has a potential the project will be listed in a good exchange or reputable exchange like binance OKEx and etc. Because the exchange will see the development of the project first before decide to list a coin.
As for those exchanges that you mentioned, yeah I often see there an accusation against them especially P2PB2B. You can see them at scam accusation board, I don't know why there still many users who use the exchange whereas the exchange has proven that has scammed its user.

Some few good projects who don't know how bad p2pb2b exchange is can still picked the exchange without knowing, coinmarketcap already rated p2pb2b exchange as a top exchange, remember? This alone is enough for good project team to choose the exchange but still developers or upcoming developers should start doing research on exchanges first before listing on them

Everybody wants the best, I hope that every one who will list puts their tokens on a quality exchange that at least has meaning both for the participants and for them.
Manipulations, wash trading and lack of reputations are present on latoken and p2pb2b exchange, I advice people to stay away from them, new projects who want good results atleast must stay away from these exchanges
I agree with OP completely lately P2PB2B and LAToken are hosting lots of IEO without doing any due diligence so I would just you to guys to stay away from IEOs of those exchanges. Even bounty hunters should ignore those IEOs IMO.

By now im sure that many investors are fully aware of this, sooner or later these exchanges will be out of business, my believe is any project that choose one of these exchanges are either shit project or scam and I'm glad Ive been right about them before you create this topic

After the KingCasino scam people should stay away P2PB2B, bounty hunters and investors should ignore projects that hold their IEO in P2PB2B,
we have proven that they do not care about investors all they want are payments coming from these scammers, take a look at Likercoin they change their smart contract without informing investors and they ignore investors request to do a swap and yet P2PB2B allow them to trade in their platform, shame on P2PB2B.
