If you are good at one thing, yes, you just have to keep things your best, especially if you are already in your 40s. It's hard to get broke at such age unless you are single.
Just live a simple life for now until things get better because the future is very uncertain. last year was the worst and the next may just be as bad. Financial problems are the worst to get through when you have mouths to feed.

Its's good advice but even if you're earning a lot of money and you're doing well with your business, if you are not in the habit of saving for rainy days and you are spending a lot not commensurate to what you are earning, you will find yourself financially broke if you are a big spender even if you are doing well with your business.
Knowing how to handle your business and being thrifty is the best way to improve one's finances.

starting new businesses with no previous experience is a risk. you could get rich or go bankrupt.
however like the OP says if you are already on a income receiving situation where its stable and less risky due to prior involvement., knowledge or experience, there is always options to be more efficient with it to either increase the income or decrease the expenses, so the OP is right to improve finances the least risky option is to make your current situation more efficient
even if you can make a 5% positive adjustment to either income or expense is way better than any standard bank account interest would offer these days, so give it a try, try to make atleast a 5% positive adjustment to your current situation and treat it as a 5%+ bonus interest on your income

There’s always room for improvement so never waste opportunities to improve what you have been doing, financially or whatever aspects in your life. Also, never get tired of increasing your income. If you can have one or two side hustles aside from your main source of income, much better. The more you build and stabilize your sources of income, the more you will generate profits. And last, reduce or as much as possible avoid taking debts. While it can be helpful at some point, but it can also ruin your plans and goals if you fail to control your limits.
Resources are very important in life and if any person he has no resource then he will get no respect in our society because in our society,status and money matters a lot . I saw many people who are not educated but they married with educated Women and Educated woman selected him because he is rich person and he is owner of multiple factories. If you are small business owner then debt will hurt you but if you are rich person then you know that how to use other people money. Always invest in anything which will give you returns and always learn how to use debt. That is quality of rich which they hide from poor people and poor people are poor because of that kind of things..

It's always a must to improve yourself inside the field of work where you are inserted and proposed to work for. People have the wrong assumption that all they need is a degree for the rest of their lives, while neglecting the fact they have to be constantly updating themselves regards the new technologies, improvements and scientifical discoveries.
However, it's too stressful to try being the best in something you do. It's too much pressure and high expectations for someone to cope with. Therefore, it's better if you focus being among the 20% best professionals inside your field of work. This way you won't feel pressured, while still being among the most demanded ones!

Haha thanks for the motivation from now on whatever I do will do it better so I can get wealthy. There was this video on Facebook in which a person found a diary from a rich old man and that diary was full of tips to get rich and once that person started to follow those tips he also started to gain more because the first tip he read and followed was to not care about much even if they are innocent and always lie so he just lied and earned some money by dishonesty and in the office he uses clever tricks to make good reputation. The point is yeah with good and clever instincts and tips, we can make more fame and money but not everyone wants to follow that path. Overall I do agree with you that if we are doing one thing not at full potential we can achieve more otherwise we won't and that's an obvious thing but sometimes we underestimate it.

So, if I'm working as a cleaning service, helper, and fruit picker, I only have to focus with my jobs and not looking for better opportunity? I'm sure as great as you work in these jobs, your life will not change, simply because there's no future with these jobs (didn't mean to discredit these jobs).

I mean changes are:
1. Blue collar jobs > white collar jobs
2. Saving > low risk investment > high risk investment
3. Playing game, clubbing, pleasing other people > learn new thing, have a healthy life, focus on yourself

There is nothing wrong with us being highly focused on our main job because any job, if we want to complete it, we need to be diligent and focused on it. But it would be wrong to say that we should only focus on our current job and ignore looking for new and better opportunities. Especially if the current job is not as expected, we must quickly find another alternative job.
OP's advice is only true if we have a stable and high-paying job, then it is true that we should spend most of our time focusing on that job to produce better results.
In general, improving our financial situation is a common problem for all of us and each person will have different ways to improve their financial situation. This would have been very interesting if you had putting much effort on the information on how we can improve our finances because you have not really explain how people can go about it, actually when bringing such discussion you should try as possible you can to touch those areas you feel people needs to no, so that those that were not following the procedure will work on that, however from those things you have explained, it does not work in regards to what should have been the principles of improving finance because your explanation talk about only doing one thing when you no that in the world we are now diversification is one of the major thing that put food on the table of so many persons, so will you tell the person who sells bread on the road to only focus on that instead of looking for better opportunity that's more suitable than what he is doing?. You are the one who makes a lot of nonsense predictions on the forum and gives a lot of general advice on how to get rich to others. No offense but some people appreciate your advice but honestly I think you know nothing about finances and this advice is of no use to anyone. Because everyone's circumstances are different, we don't start from the same starting line and have different challenges in life. So giving financial advice to anyone is a bad idea because we are not in their shoes.
Instead, we should focus on improving ourselves first, we need to be rich before teaching others how to get rich or improve their finances.

It's a good advice but you need to know that making money is a rat race.
if you do it better than anyone else, someone else will also try to do better than you, so it's non stop competition, doesn't mean a bad thing though because it can also motivates you to push beyond your limit.
but just know that the path ahead will be a really thorny place full of competition.
I'd say, wealth and financial growth will be in line with effort and productivity, if you can't keep it up, your wealth and financial will also deteriorates, so you should make it sustainable as well.

I think you really have a knowledge about making wealth but a little problem of making it simpler for people to understand what point your trying to make, and again I don't necessarily get any solid advice about how to improve on one's finances and that's to say you'll need to focus on expanding and elaborating more on your subject for better understanding because this is a crucial topic and anyone that tend to open it will really want to get a detailed information about what the subject is saying.
