Hi. I have participated in some ICOs. Some of them were really bad, including lies or half truths, harrasing users that made questions on telegram, changing the terms on the fly... But I would like to know what people think is the right way to conduct ana ICO.
in start me too bought 2-3 ICOs shilled by twitter or youtube celebs .
later after ico price dipped too much ..
lesson learnt with loss .
after that i bought 1-2 projects with proper self research , both are doing good in market , not pumped but stable in this market .
My best ICO experience was utrust (UTK). Gives me around 23x my investment. Bought at $0.06 then reach $1.4 in January. Still hold until now even the price down to $0.144916 today, but never back to ICO price until now. But this become my biggest regret because I bought this with my rest of money after spent thousand bucks in lending coins. What a fool

Without any twist and turns, one of the best ICO experience in past was for "Eidoo" which provided a huge profit to every bounty hunter plus its investors also. The company worked very well executed whole program by limiting the number of participants, so that they focus on quality rather than quantity. Also, what made the project a huge success was its idea and use in real world. ICO with practical usage in crypto life helps a program to develop and succeed more.
I agree that there are too many projects in the market that are disgusting to investors and bounty hunters. I believe that the organizers of ISO projects should adhere to the following rules: to give more information about the project, important news, money collections; respects the participants.
I really believe in Effect.ai. Soon they will distribute tokens. Even if the price will dump during first month I will buy more for the long-term.

i applied on their signature campaign. not knowing that many participants changed their minds and left.
It is better for those who stayed, The presale of this token is not a good one, as they sold 0% of the token.
But still i continue working on this ICO, well they launched the CROWDSALE, then it happen that it was a sold out in just a day.
BEST experience out of almost a failure getting a 1.+++ btc in just a few weeks of participating.

Monaco (MCO) has been the best so far in my portfolio, the project is good, the token is stable, even with the lowest figures on the market this token has always been successful.
So far, what I`ve gained from my experiences r to pay close attention to the team. I give teams the benefit of the doubt. I understand the identity issue that happens. However, things become questionable when they get irritated & reactive when asked about their coin (exchanges, moon, WP) instead of being responsive & proactive. That`s very important.
I went to some ICOs with a very promising team and good partner
The proper conduct of the ICO, I think, is when there are no delays and everything is done within the established timeframes (if there are no valid reasons) and on established terms, when the project team sees an active discussion with their community, rather than hiding from it. Now in many ICOs so many false promises
