Clout is a very promising ICO and it seems an interesting project to look up to. I recommend Clout since i'm also a part of on the signature but by reading their whitepaper, the project will be good and after the ICO it will rise just like other Altcoins.
I haven't been researching any of the ICO's lately since there are a lot of good established projects that are very undervalued. I have been buying up projects like Stratis, Waves and Basic Attention Tokens that have taken a huge beating this past week.
my favourite is CV proof ico. its about securing job's credentials. so that idea is very good for long term success of the project. i also invested there. its very promising project for 2018 and for future.

Trenditstudios is what I invested on. Their team is composed of professionals and their proposed project is really great and can't wait to try out that social media platform of theirs.
In 2017, my favorite projects were-bancor, status, eos. Recently ICO-utrust. And the current ICO- KYC.legal and Live Stars. All these projects I think are very promising and in the future they will bring good profits.
I invested recently in chinapex, thekey and bluzelle. The latter two are just recently listed thekey listed in kucoins and bluzelle in binance they are quite pretty doing good at the moment even with this kind of market we are having at the moment. I just wish the Fear Uncertainy and Doubt (FUD) will be lessen if cannot be totally stop so the market stabilizes soon it will be all good for all the investors in crypto space.

OP, you should have a serious look at Darico.io. These guys are the next Bloomberg in the cryptocurrency marketplace and their token acts as a utility in using their platform. I invested on stratis and qtum and happy to see my capital went 5x sold it already but if upcoming ICO i would go for Velix.ID im really amazed on their roadmap.

a lot of ICO is issued and it all depends on our choice I just learn to be more accurate in analyzing ICO is a roadmap, whitepaper, a clear and experienced team, that for me is the best ICO for me 
Electroneum is the best one for me i really like what they're trying to buils a mobile miner and we can see hype for thia coins until now the ROI is nice i buy it on ico for 3 cents and sold it 12 cents.
