Please be reminded, that it isn't 100% success, and may incur losses to your side if you are unlucky to trigger bonus rounds. Tome of Madness often times gives at 100x or below wins, and is hard to get even 500x multiplier on the bonus round unless you are lucky enough to trigger it.
It seems true what you say, luck is not always on my side.
on Tome Of Madness I spin 200x without a nice multiplier and only $3
but this is just like my challenge to keep trying to beat Tome Of Madness. although it looks like chasing defeat, but for me this is not chasing defeat. because I am very entertained by my curiosity and if I haven't found a big multiplier I won't stop spin.

There are really times when the slots hate us, they don't even give a good multiplier no matter how many times we spin. In my observation, when you spin too much in 1 slot, the return reward seems to get lesser and lesser. I even experience getting less than $1 triggering the otherly words before the main bonus round. Aside from that I often experience 1 point less in triggering that 1st bonus state.
Btw, its good to try to beat the slots but make sure that you won't spend too much trying to get huge multipliers. Always set a limiter to your bankroll every time you gamble.
