I enjoy gambling. And my feeling is very happy while gambling. But when I lose gambling, I become very upset without knowing it . But then I try to keep myself calm. And try to reduce gambling addiction. But sometimes again I get involved in gambling. Although I understand that gambling is a bad addiction but still I cannot quit gambling.

I didn’t feel anything. It was just a way of passing the time and that 10 sessions served their purpose. It didn’t even matter if I won or lost. I don’t even remember the amounts because the winnings or losses were nothing significant. I don’t wager more than I could afford to lose. It is against my gambling philosophy. Most people lose their control and wager too much. Obviously they get mad when they lose. It doesn’t happen to me.

I literally burned my last few deposits... I don't feel depressed about that, but for sure I'm not happy about that either! So I guess I bought myself some entertainment, I played slots mostly and I managed to hit some bonus rounds (which is nice) but didn't have enough luck to score some big hit! We can't win all the time!
Well, today I will try some football games... maybe I will have more luck with betting on sports! A lot of good games to choose from, a day just started so we have plenty of time for some researching!

I often gamble using only the money that I can afford to lose so regardless of the result im still satisfied and feel entertained. Gambling is my way to have fun and im playing during my day off from work or if I have spare time to gamble but this is if I have the money meant for my leisure, I have monthly budget set for it.
I can say im only entertained in my last 10 sessions. I was not able to win so I dont have happy moments to recall.

Most of the time entertained after such a long session.
Then if there's a bad streak of loss, try to think about how it happened and why.
This may also vary from how the gambler plays the game. If its daily, then maybe it will not be that entertaining anymore but stressful. For those who are just gambling occasionally though, it will be a lot of fun. I like to do it just whenever I feel so and it becomes a stress reliever or if I am just looking for ways to be away from home even for just a couple of hours.

My bets are basically on sports games and spread throughout the week on the best European and Brazilian championships, so I don't think I can say about my feeling in the last 10 sessions why it doesn't exist for me.
However, I confess that I lose a lot more than I gain, and my feeling is that I should be risking more, but my self-control prevents me from throwing more money away.

That's odd but why will you come back and play again if you know that you won't feeling anything? Are you suffering on some kind of obsessive disorder like ocd? Other than those who play for fun, some are also excited to come back because they think they can win this time if they haven't win last time or they think they can win again if ever they already win on their previous session.
I kind of understand what he's trying to say, if you play with a bankroll that's small enough you'll eventually start to care less about the result, and maybe it's one way for him to quickly move on if it's a losing session.Sometimes you can't help but prefer to not feel anything while gambling knowing you're expected to lose and it's not always easy to have fun when losing so you'd rather stay calm. I don't want to sound negative but it's better to not have expectations when coming back and instead view it as a fresh start.

if there's something very important that I always say to myself: you shouldn't put feelings in the game and you shouldn't be sad when you lose, because the moment we feel sad when we lose, then we start looking to win to recover the losses and that's it. the beginning to the precipice, the person just sinks and reaches a point where he lost everything and begins to make debts to continue playing thinking he will recover the damage. I voted for Excited To Comeback, hehehe. Win or lose, we are always looking for the next sessions, sports betting, card games and even slots. Specially if you end your previous sessions with a good win, for sure you will want to come back for more. And then if you lose, well, at least you enjoy but at the back of your mind, you are thinking to make a comeback and recover what you have lost.

Looking back at my history, its like 3/10 won and obviously I should not be happy because I lose more money than what I make but then again since I do gamble occasionally and with a limited budget, I still find myself entertained and contented. I’m not chasing any loses because I know once I gamble my money is bound for that and this has been my mindset since then, if I can’t take a win that’s ok I just need to focus more on the entertainment side and just have fun, winning in gambling is not guaranteed at all so better not to take it seriously.

I'd say relaxed, content, and entertained. gambling has been a great way for me to relieve stress, pass time, or entertain myself. losing doesn't really bother me that much since I can afford to lose the money I gamble but when I win and ending up with a profit it does make me happy and would usually be on a happier mood after my gambling session.
^ This was also in my mind, and not only for the 10th session but I repeatedly use the gambling casino if I know they are reliable ones and should be trusted. I gambled after my work, it will relieve my stress, especially at night when boredom strikes and I cannot sleep and it seems gambling will help in that way, after a session it feels me asleep. Probably I feel this way because I did not gamble the majority for the money, I gamble because I want to have fun and entertainment, win or loss I don't mind.

The OP is right. I am not happy when I lose or let's put this this way, when I do not win 100% back of the money I put in. However, I always look forward to play slots, not because I am addicted to it but because it seems to me as if there's always something new to learn. In addition, maybe this excitement may turn into anxiety if I play any other game say poker but for slots, it's always a mix of excitement and adventure.

In my last gambling sessions, I've been winning and losing. With that, no more feelings already as it's like just another day in the office. I will just continue on my usual without affecting my other chores or things to do outside gambling. That's how I treat my gambling session.
I'm not really sure where "regret" fall under what emotions on the list so I think it is one that is not mentioned. It something that I usually feel when I've won a huge amount however I ended up losing everything as I continue to gamble. I hated that feeling as it feels like on a rollercoaster ride where I started with happiness and excitement but end up depressed and overthink things such as why I continue playing.If there are other general feelings, I'm curious what are those.

Good point. Today is a big day for betting (football) and I've already made a few risky and "safe" bets and, as sometimes happens, "safe" bets have been disappointing. But some others are still in business and since game day is in full swing I can't say yet whether I'm happy or not today. In any case, if we take a whole day for a gaming session, and not a couple of separate bets, then we can say that such a session completely erases the impression of previous sessions because it is a rather large-scale phenomenon. Naturally, I mean my subjective impressions.

- we feel excited when we make a profit
- entertained when we never expect or lose or win and gave us entertaining results,

I think you should add another option in the poll of "feeling dissatisfied" with the results. Being dissatisfied does not entirely that they feel depressed, as the latter connotes a more emotional and deep loss due to their gambling activities.
Personally, what I feel after playing in the casino in the last 10 sessions depends on the outcome. Most of the time, my winnings are just balanced by the wins and losses; there were also times were I felt dissatisfied since I lost some cash; and there were also times were I was ecstatic due to winning relatively large amounts of winnings in one night.

Maybe the op can also add "feeling contented" on his poll choices because this is what I am feeling lately whenever I am done playing a gambling. I have this urge to gamble so what I do is just allocate small amounts only to cure this urge I am feeling and then ill be contented after it.

For now I'm feeling a little depressed on last 3 sessions, hoping to win with some strategy but the hope is gone, maybe it's not the strategy that's wrong, but my mind is too carried away by mood on gambling. The day after tomorrow I will try my best so as not to fail, and will not expect to win or lose, I will gamble with a happy heart because I believe it will bring unexpected profits as well.That's the right thing to do, just enjoy the game and don't pressure your way to win, the worse thing is trying to win and chasing your losses, unexpected profit will come when you least expect it, we all want to win in the back of our mind, it will just come when we don't expect it, the expectation is what killing our enjoyment in gambling, we only enjoy it when we go to the flow but once we expect something we become disappointed.
