Nobody hate you and we never hate one another and we correct one another in different ways. So please don't take an offence. Even though you know im as person, and u no dey do well, im go correct 4rom different ways. So sorry. Please you too try to do well, and improve on your post. I know say you be newbie but try.
From that bolded statement I think I tried as much as I can for ops not to take the comment out of context and shouldn't see this as an attack but just a friendly corrections,  which we are all open to,  one thing I have come to realize on bitcoin talk as a forum is that,  members always correct each other regardless of who they are as long as you did wrong you stand to be corrected,  I can't count how many corrections/criticisms that I go through on daily basis here in the forum,  and the best way to handle this is to accept them,  work on improving yourself and move on.

Anyway I hope the ops already understand the angle I react to his comment from,  and no one is above correction as long as you are a member of this forum,  it is better to spread information that can help our individual collective good,  such as cryptocurrency-related discussions instead of getting engage with what our real life is all about here in the forum,  such discussions like unnecessary political comments,  offtopic threads and the rest.

Let's involve more crypto-related research and come up with good and informative threads for discussions here on the local board and the global board at the same time.

Personally though, the issue of health is very important to every living person, not just to Bitcoiners, but then again, i understand why the need to sound this warning to this community, and that is for the fact that many of us who have been in this space for several years now have become so embedded in it, and most of us have taken it up as a profession, which means, we no longer do anything aside wake up in the morning, say morning prayers(this is for those who know God and go to church), then brush teeth(if you remember to brush self), then turn your laptop or pc on, or pick up your mobile phone, turn on your data connection, and na work you don enter so oh,, after several hours online, we are finally done for that session, we drop the phone or turn of the pc, now its time to look for what to eat, after eating, you feel like to take your bath, and after taking bath, you feel like taking a nab, and when we are up from the nap, we turn on the pc and we don enter work again > second round..

The above is the life of a typical trader, its very good to find time to exercise, and also go out from time to time, sun is very important for our healthy living, as well as fresh air, donot lock yourself inside your room all day, its not good.

Here has been the experience. The issue of exercise is very important too because mostly sitting for along time has its own side effect on the body. I was with a friend yesterday who is a trader right in his house we were having a conversation and suddenly he started to adjust himself on his sit and it happened  that he started to feel pains for sometimes at the waist region and back as well and it became that very severe that moment that we had to go to the hospital for checkup. It is very important one takes good care of themselves so as to avoid  any unforeseen breakdown in their health.



You are very correct , as unfortunate as this may sound , I will also have to confess that for several weeks now, or should I even say months,  I've not really gone out of my room, my wife is the one managing our business , she goes to shop with the children(in this holiday period), while all I do is just sit at home working (trading )with my laptop.
And due to the constant sitting, leaning forward while typing on my laptop , Ive been feeling a very serious and severe pain in the back of my neck/shoulder area for like several weeks now , I've spent some money on body pain drugs but the drugs seems not to work , and I can also confess that I've not had time to exercise at all for several months now..

So right now, I am going to try to come up with routine exercise plan, that will help eliminate the pain, and make sure I stay as heathy and pain free as possible, even while spending more time at home ..

This is just to confirm that indeed , some kind of pain or health issues we fave or experience sometimes, is as a result of lack of exercise, it's important to exercise, just the same way it is important to drink water , eat good food , visit the hospital for routine check ups and so on .

Regular exercise is really good for the body as it keeps you fit and your muscles strengthened. The body is just like a pulley or an engine. If you fail to service it after using for a long time it would break down and maintenance would take you much cost of funds which I believe would be so huge. So it is in the human body. If you neglect to do exercise and constant or regular check, you just might break down one day and tht would be very dangerous because at that point the body has reached its maximum holding capacity for instance the level at which one is sustained health otherwise.

I dey guilty for some of d points u hit here, like d area of exercise, e dey weak me well well anytime I forced myself to do it with my friends dat make me to stop it some years ago but with d benefits u just identify here, I think I will still return back to that aspect again so dat I will live long to enjoy good health in old age. Am not too use to fruits but I know is rich to d body but I was brought up in swallow stuff based on village level but I wil try my possible best to make fruits constant.

This have been reiterated several times on how valuable one’s health is and should do be treated as such accordingly. It is better to have an healthy life than a room full of treasures without good health to enjoy it. In as much as some still have contrary opinion to money been the greatest asset, it has been proven severally that health is the greatest asset one should protect and preserve well because without it, they’ll be no pleasure of enjoying the wealth. Thank you for this information and it’ll help forum members to take their health as priority and not to trade it for anything else no matter what it may be.
This shouldn't even be an argument for debate because it's only a healthy man that can actually enjoy his wealth and assets because if you are not healthy and then wealthy it almost as if you don't truly understand the purpose of your health like wise been sick. OP d advice wey you give just serves as reminder to us that our health is our wealth. Em supposed to be our top priority of wetin we d do. That is an understanding fact but you no think sae investment na peoples side hustle, em no stop anybody to exercise, drink enough water, eat good more especially fruits and less calories food and above all have a enough rest.

I no see how peso wey d involve for crypto investment go forget to take proper care of em health. Unless em get things wey em d do, wey d take much of em time but if na for crypto investment, no much stress requires for peso to make an investment in bitcoin. Wetin d peso need to do na to invest with em spare money and leave am for long term for em portfolio. Prevention is better than cure and we shouldn't eat everything that we see instead we should learn to eat food that we make us stay healthy and disease free. Exercise is very good and it keeps on younger and fit,exercise also burns out fat and helps in proper circulation of blood in our body. Among all what man takes into his body for growth that can never be excess is water,because it is good for our health. The rest intakes might be harmful to our health when they are excess. Eating balance diet is the major key to good health,I believe that OP is only reminding us what we were taught in elementary school.

I think we should not be harsh on OP as he or she is trying to show concern and remind members on the need to have a good health balance so as not to fall ill in the cause of looking for daily bread or doing business. Although the post and write up looks very poor in research but it is good he or she showed concern to members by raising this topic. Like the sayings goes "health is wealth", one must be in a stable heath condition before thinking of doing anything work to earn a living. While you work,make out time for yourself, do check up  and engage in other health activities to keep you fit. Eat good food and fruits as well. This is the message I believe OP is trying to pass across.

I dont mean to be hard on you mate but, this thread is total nonsense since you add nothing to what we already know as elementary health principles and from the llok of things you just created the thread to increase your activities, because you want to establish a sensitive discussion as regards to healthy practice and you only align your point to water intake and exercising although both poists are relevant for healthy living but not the essential healthy practice, like eating good foods, having a regular check-up and also taking any health issues serious etc.

LMOA, I think the OP already has a lot of activity; what more could he be looking for? something else, perhaps, or just as a reminder for us to keep in check with our health. Health is wealth, as it's basically said, and every investor should be reminded about that so they don't forget. OP I commend your efforts for looking into the health affairs of members here to giving us tips on how to live a healthy life. Like you said "health is wealth" which we all know it is only a person who is healthy and alive that can make money to be wealthy so therefore it is wise and wisdom applies that one needs take good care of their health. But I think your research is very poor to start with it. It would have been better you did a good and thorough research work as it bothers health matters for us to learn very well as this post is just scanty and nothing to hold unto.

Anyways you did well to have brought up this idea of we taking good care of our health as we only have one life to live here on earth and this requires utmost importance and attention be given to our health.

Do well to go into research properly before coming here to feed us with information.

We should engage in doing exercise no matter how little it may appear, we don't have to feel too relaxed by ourselves thinking we are enjoying by being lazy to engage in doing exercise, we have to feel fit always, have the vigour to withstand any little stress and conquer any little illness introduced to our body system, we should also watch what we eat, personal hygiene is very important for us to ensure we live good and stay fit, when we do exercise also, it strengthens our immune system to fight against any harmful diseases introduced to our body.
