I feel relaxed and think about which slot game I want to choose.

I never think much about the outcome of the slot games I play. I just want to enjoy my time playing gambling without any tendencies. I knew there would be losses and was ready to accept the results.

I don't feel any adrenaline when playing slots. It was an entertaining moment, including when I lost despite feeling sad.

I'm not angry. Maybe there is a feeling of disappointment because I lost but I know it was from playing slots. I also don't want to experience more losses so I will immediately stop playing slots.

If I win, I feel happy but I don't want to continue playing slots. If I continue, I could lose all that winning money and I've been there many times before.

As I said from above depending on my emotional and mind state, if I'm too focused and composed I will still be calm and able to play normal if not then expect a rage or I will not be able to play right until the end of the session.


Of course, like any other gambler, I will feel happy and excited but still will gamble moderately and will secure the capital I used, so that if ever I become tilted I have my capital secured and I will still go home with complete capital.


I will go straight from my routine, I will record all my gamble history that day or that session in my own tracker so that I could track if I'm winning or losing money from my capitals.

Slots and sports betting are two choices that I often play but it all depends on the capital deposited because it will really affect it, the deposit is small and playing slots is just like throwing away money because the chance of making a profit is very small because before reaching a high multiplier I will run out of capital.

I think almost all gamblers will feel the same as you have said and although there may be differences, most of them will be the same.
The only thing that can be different is how from the start we have goal and approach to gambling.

I myself before entering the gambling site will have more calm feeling but quite excited because I will have fun with every bet and game there.

It's all good and exciting until there's nothing left. There might be some levels on me as well on what I feel but I guess I'll just express the similarities of it while I can still see the balance as I gamble regardless of how long I've been gambling already.

But you know, everyone expresses the same feeling when we've got nothing left and we're all done for the day and lost it all.

And I think it boils down to two:

Whether we win or lose. If we play to let's say blackjack or anything that involves skills specially poker, we feel like sense of accomplishment, as we beat a lot of players and becoming a champion. But it's the opposite when we lose, it's a combination of different emotions, guilt, frustrated, disappointment. As per my experience, there's a lot of things going into my mind. And losing lead to disappointment and frustration, and even blame ourselves on how bad luck I am on that particular night and even promised not to play anymore. But the next day, you go back and gamble again.
