For me the idea is not that bad. I think there are users who want things like this rather than just reading on a blog. However, much better if there's something unique, like giving your own opinion about the news maybe. Always check the time of every slide though, there are times that the viewer isn't done reading yet and it will proceed to the next.

LOL. I really thought that you are somewhat going to explain it personally, not some videos with Powerpoint like slides. It's just easy to create this kind of videos, you can even copy and paste from a lot of crypto websites about the latest news around. Heck, I would rather read about the current trends instead of subscribing to your videos, to he honest. What don't you create something unique, with quality content and I'm sure that in no time, you will have a lot of subscribers. I hope you appreciate my comments and not take it negatively.
