In July of 2020, scammers have come back on Youtube with scam give aways. Some channels were reported and taken down quickly. The post plays its role as a warning for greedy people who want to get easy money.

In a simple sentence "Don't believe in anything that sounds too good to be true". That is what scam giveaway on Youtube sounds like.

We really should report and support those reports, if they are very active in creating scam giveaways like this, we should also be very active in reporting, until they cannot keep up creating one, because they are also spending money and efforts creating scam give away.

Based on recent reports, hackers have up their games to launch malware, takeover YouTube channels[/url] with a lot of subscribers, run a cryptocurrency scam for a while, then sell the channels to other criminals on the dark web. You may check details from here: https://darkweblink.com/hackers-change-game-plan-to-hijack-popular-youtube-channels-and-sell-them-on-dark-web/

Nice to see a specific thread related to this Youtube scam channels. Sometimes, I missed other threads related to this so I didn't able to contribute to reporting.

I always report a scam YT channel whenever I encounter one either via on my own or when I read a thread related to this.

Hopefully, people will use their common sense that there's no such thing as an overnight quick money profit scheme.

That's it for now but I am going to create a list for OP (with links to scam channels and their status).
Not a bad idea and hope its gonna be easier to get all scam project contents in a specific thread which are live on Youtube.

It is unbelievable that YouTube channel owners still fall for that cheap trick after so many lost/compromised their accounts. One would think that they will be more careful as for some of them YouTube is the main source of income.
Scammers main intention is to reach targeted audience in a short time. Specially in current situation when investors are well notified about crypto related investment scams. As we are seeing that in recent time scammers are trying heavily crowded in Youtube and its quite easy to male some easy money by hiring youtubers or channel to complete their scam game. You can easily get some youtubers who will publish or make reviews for any project without thinking about his channel or subscribers. All they need is just some money.

With the idea and the latest threads on the forum about scam youtube channels, I came to this thread. As the title presents, I wish the thread will become a hub of scam accusations on scam Youtube channels. Together, we can report them here, then report them to Youtube and take them down.
That's not a bad idea, to keep all fake YouTube giveaway reports  in one thread, even though people will still probably make their own when they stumble upon something like that. It could work though, if you regularly update this thread with all findings that are shared around, both in Beginner&Help and Scam accusation boards.

To boldly go where no rabbit has gone before...
I always report them as terrorism and child pornography. I figure these 2 types would get the admins to look at them ASAP.

Youtube has become the hub of scammers because so many giveaways and airdrops are posted here and newbies will be confused on what are the real and fake giveaways, and it will take some time before they get their channel disable, awareness is really important if you don't want to get scammed, there will be many more similar scam giveaways coming because so many people are looking to make money on Youtube.

I had my thread long before that but I made it for newbies in the Beginners & Help. Scammers on Youtube. Don't fall into this scam trap and lose money, guys

Let's report them whenever you see them here or everywhere else, take them down, and help to keep the crypto space as cleanest as possible.
