THere are several projects that might be interested in traffic. So you basically bring traffic from YouTube using google ads?

I think they do something like SEO for websites but for videos.
User searchs something with keyword and promoted videos will be shown to him in top.
So there is a high chance that he will click on targeted video.
Am I right?

Any business, not only crypto related. But if we speak about crypto guys or ICOs, we create videos (in different languages), specify keywords and promote all videos according to keywords. E.g. "best ico 2019", "cryptocurrency mining" etc. The funny thing is that no matter how popular is your competitor. We'll make you beter and higher in search.
