Majority of youtubers are content creators all they want is to have views and subscribers to make money, they move with the trends now that the market is somehow bearish it's obvious they will act like this to influence those who are affected by FUD.

To be frank I don't usually use YouTube for any financial advice or cryptocurrencies, is either majority is speaking on the market current trend or marketing a product/service in the end.
It's only when someone get into the crypto space or invest in Bitcoin with the wrong mindset that it's a get rich scheme they will be swayed by all these content creators.
I think those that use Youtube videos as guide for investment are probably uniformed about how things work in reality. Every youtuber will make their video in a manner that it will get the traffic that help them earn money, so there will always be element of hype to arouse the curiosity of the potential investor even though they usually put disclaimer at the beginning of the video. I saw hell when I was actually following some self acclaimed expert analysts, they made me buy tokens I never planned to buy and I lost most of the times.

Just like you, I don't usually turn to Youtube for help when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency and I have learnt to put most of my money in Bitcoin that I'm sure is not crashing anything soon. If I want to do altcoins, it is just with little amount that I can sacrifice, just like I would invest in gambling that I know I can lose all.

The problem is not what they post far as it is permitted by YouTube. Their main aim is to create contents that would provide views and followers for them and at the end of the day they get paid.
According to your post you where trying to emphasize the wrong information they create, that's not their concern but you that is following them online or you dealing with the internet should know what to pick from the internet because not everything is right but telling content creators what to post is impossible.

I am an inclined person when it comes to content creation and creating of video thumbnails is one way to create an effective engagement through the YouTube videos. Since there are thousands and millions of people creating new contents on the YouTube feeds, and as a viewer you will have to scroll through and select the one you want, the idea with such thumbnails is to pinch in the mind of the viewer and give them an idea from a birds eye view on what they should expect.

It is not necessarily because they have the intention of creating a false news, but everyone has a way they try to optimize their contents and create buzzwords for their video contents to make them compelling for the viewers.

YouTubers hypes no dey efficient at all because na dem dey facilitate FUD to those people wey dey come into the crypto space new.Youtubers dey also come up with clickbait to seek attention from the public, dem know quite well say if dem no come up with clickbait their clicks, followers, like, comment no go count. All those informations wey most YouTubers dey yan na hypes about get quick rich scheme projects and misleading informations wey dey give their followers pure fantasy. As a newbie e dey advisable to avoid hypes by YouTubers because na their money dem dey make, dem dey create content to promote scam projects and later de projects dey pay dem for promoting their projects.Any project wey you invest DYOR properly and visit the project their whitepaper by so doing e go help you dictate if whether the project na scam or legit.

It's not actually a new thing. Alot of these YouTube channels are just there to earn through views and subscribers. Most of them pass along false information and hype to maybe increase sales for their shit coin promotions or scam young potential investors of their funds. There are several of these YouTube channels I've come across with these hypes and upon clicking their video, you see that they barley even know what they are emphasizing on. This clearly show that there aren't there to educate but make money from peoples watch time. They create attractive headings for these video to give them views. I don't advice newbies to watch YouTube but instead get their hands on good materials to help them understand the market.
YouTube is not the best place to get cryptocurrency advice because you will be surprised that most of them might not have grounded knowledge about the crypto market and the project that they are hyping. They are business people who are ready to advertise any project for the right price, not minding if it is a scam. They are content creators that don't mind if they are dishing out garbages to their viewers so far their getting views and more people are subscribing to them. Many of them make newbies to believe that crypto trading is simple but any experienced trader will sincerely tell you that crypto trading is hard, and you need experience to avoid encountering loses. Celebrities are no exceptions, don't invest in any crypto project because the celebrity that you follow is advertising or endorsing it, DYOR.

Recently an unemployed friend sent me so many video links of these influencers that tells you how to make so much money by sitting in the comfort of your home, they will show you steps to follow and finally ask you to subscribe and share. I told my friend that he shouldn't take most of what these YouTubers are saying seriously. They are either promoting their channels or they are scammers, be very careful when you're following them.

I will not blame them because some people are desperate and could do anything possible to achieve their plans, You Tuber are not exclusive either because they are try to get funds from their content and so most of them could publish any content that will get the attention of the audience, which is their main aim, they are just interested in getting subscribers and viewers,  they are not concerned on the effect of their contents on individuals who their content caught their attention. So we should always be mindful with whatever we listen to and see in the Internet, in fact do not believe what they are saying until you must have carried out your investigations on that stuff and be sure it is really true and not fake or fraud as not to fall victim.

No be only YouTube get this kind hype my brother, Twitter and other social media platforms, even crypto influencer on Twitter follow dey into this game, na paid service from the project/team to do that job for them. Na newbies dem dey target wey never know how them be and operate dey mainly fall victim thinking say him dey the right place and choose the best coin. Na foul

I don fall victim for this kind play before when I started crypto, I buy LOFI, a token built on Binance smart chain just because say them appear on cointelegraph crypto news channel, I believe say them get potential and go do well, not knowing na paid service from the project to cointelegraph to hype and bring them to the public. To me all these small small mistakes go teach and build you to be better investor tomorrow.
Na make I dey always advice newbie to always make serious research before they jump and make any hasty decision because they are so many confusing people out there that can lead you to getting involved in something that not going to yield you profit. Sometimes people easily get influence just because of the personality actually telling about that particular project and a case sample is the event that happened with $Davido coins that he made lots of naive Nigerians buy and later dumped the whole project.

Some newbie when dem tell dem to go make research dem go enter YouTube dey watch all those motivation speaker wey call dem self crypto enthusiast 😂, dem go whyne you but no panic. And most of those social media influencers wey dey do crypto ads Na pay dem pay dem to over hype the project so that plenty person go buy the project. Na why I no dey even border to watch any of their video, I pre my own research den come forum come here the opinion of others toward the coin den use my perspective take make judgement. Nothing sweet pass when you do your own research say your analysis come dey correct about the project. As crypto enthusiast you suppose dey independent, because Na the only way wey you go take survive for this line of field.
The tin be say, for every social media them get people wey go advise wrong advise and those wey go advise good advise, because of the way crypto newbies them dey depend on social media advisors nai they make they dey dey easily to scam. Listening to motivational speakers and reading motivational quotes from social medias no dey help most people at all because them dey always end up for the hands of the wrong crypto advisors.

The real truth be say, anybody wey dey popular for social media just dey there for the fame. No influencer dey social media to joke, just as how many business pipo no dey carry their business dey play, nah so influencers too no dey carry anything wey go give them popularity play. I fit also give one influencer money to promote my business and before you know customers from different places to place their orders. Influencers only need quantity not quality, them only promote things wey pay them higher money.

A good crypto newbie who's ready to understand what an how to invest on Bitcoin will never depend on social media alone. However, instead of me to listen to Bitcoin enthusiasts I rather do my research from AI. AI assistant fit give me some quality informations I want instead of to listen to pipo wey just dey there to make their money alone.

You are not far from the truth mate because majority of people that use YouTube now are only creating contents and they would always want to make a news gain attention of viewers just for their own selfish interests but someone like me i pay less attention to those hypes and notifications that hangs around my phones notifications bar almost every day. Sometimes you will just wake up and see a YouTuber flash a very disturbing news about cryptocurrency and they do that with the current activities in the market like when the price of Bitcoin is dipping you see them talking down on Bitcoin that it will experience more dip and this kind of news makes some investors (short term investors) sell off their assets because of fear of the market price falling further and when the price is also skyrocketing that's how they will start hyping that the price with get to the moon, some will make speculation about the price hitting certain huge price within a short period so if you are the type that follows such YouTuber more especially the ones that have made such speculation in the past and it did work out then you are likely to still follow up their speculation again which can be misleading in most cases.

Yes, it's true that the primary goal of every YouTuber is to get views, since the more views he gets, the more money he/she is likely to earn at the end of the month, hence the reason why we see most YouTube content hyping stuffs just to generate views, of which we all know that crypto is not exempted from it. So inasmuch as YouTubers will always create contents for the views, it's left for us to always not rely entirely on only what we hear or see on YouTube, but rather strive to do more research on it before jumping into a conclusion.

An important point for each YouTuber is to generate clicks and views and followers.
And to get clicks and views and followers, it is a strategy from many YouTubers to launch hype videos, where outrageous claims are made, such like:
- Bitcoin will crash (soon)
- Bitcoin will die (soon)
- Bitcoin will make new all-time-high (soon)
- Altcoin will overtake Bitcoin (soon)
- Altcoin will die (soon)
However, if I should come across video titles such as these 5 which you gave above, I'm very sure nothing will make me click on it, as it do not create the image of a curious mindset, which is one trick YouTubers use by creating either a thumbnail or title which makes viewers ro want to know what happens next, with titles such as these below;

- Bitcoin will crash if these 3 things happen
- Bitcoin will die if miners fail to do this 5 things
- Bitcoin will make new all-time-high when this happens
- Altcoin will overtake Bitcoin if US does this
- Altcoin will die if developers fail to do this 5 things

Hence, you will notice that with the few words I added, it make viewers curious to want to click to know more. That's how going viral and getting views on YouTube works.

Every media platforms has it own unique use and literally all of them has there advantage and disadvantages. Because YouTube pays her content creators based on views and numbers of subscribers, it's just normal to find some YouTubers creating content that's not really fact based but basically aimed at getting more views and subscriptions. But does that mean that you can't get legit information from the YouTube? Absolutely not, for me, YouTube is my surest plug when I want to learn about any subject matter. Regardless of the hype and how they use images to exaggerate things, there are still bunch of good channels you can subscribe to and get specific courses and content that are useful to you.

If you want to check out if a channel is legit or not, you can go through reviews from the comment section of the video and you can easily dictate comments that are organic and others that are paid and from them, you can know if you should trust what you're getting from them. While getting your information from YouTube, it's best not to rely on a single channel but to check up other channels that talks about similar things to see if the information aligns.

Hyping a video is just a strategy that's used by almost all YouTubers to attract users to there channels and regardless of the difference in quality between a pro and a novice YouTuber, you've got to add a touch of hype to your videos if you want to get audience.

But with regards to using YouTube to get information about some crypto project and other project that requires you to pay in money or that runs a referral scheme, you can't really rely on YouTube for such help cause most of them are running affiliate schemes and are doing the hype to get the expected numbers of leads. Thank goodness we have a forum as this we can rely on to fact check most project before getting started in them.

YouTube is very famous when people want to find out more information about crypto and it's always generating many clicks for YouTubers. But unfortunately, information quality is not very high for most videos because of hype and clickbait videos.

It is very important for us to know YouTuber's hype video is not good advice.

YouTubers want to create hype, not quality information

An important point for each YouTuber is to generate clicks and views and followers.
And to get clicks and views and followers, it is a strategy from many YouTubers to launch hype videos, where outrageous claims are made, such like:
- Bitcoin will crash (soon)
- Bitcoin will die (soon)
- Bitcoin will make new all-time-high (soon)
- Altcoin will overtake Bitcoin (soon)
- Altcoin will die (soon)
- …

It is always similar strategy for YouTubers to create hype instead of presenting normal information. It is very dangerous because accurate information is not presented. Instead, reality is hyped and exaggerated.
= information quality is suffering and sometimes very misleading

YouTubers spreading HATE and FEAR (FUD)

It is also very efficient for YouTubers to spread hate and fear because it's also generating clicks and views. Many people will get worried and click such videos to find it out but all information is just unjustified FUD, resulting in damages.
One reason is YouTuber’s greed to generate clicks and views and also a reason is for example, Russian propaganda. It is also possible, YouTubers are getting paid from Russia to spread hate and fear, as Russia has many loyal serfs on YouTube.
For us, such YouTubers are very dangerous because it’s facilitating
- Hate
- FUD
- weak hands and more sell pressure because people don’t trust to HODL

It is scientifically proven for hate and fear (FUD) to generate more clicks, so it is a common strategy for YouTubers to get more clicks and views.

Be careful when you see hate and fear (FUD) on YouTube.

YouTubers getting paid to advertise a project

Very often, big YouTubers are getting paid from a project directly to present it in a positive way. Some projects pay YouTubers directly and hope to get more investors due to positive YouTube videos because many followers trust, what YouTubers are publishing even it makes not much sense at all.
For a high payment by projects, many YouTubers will only mention positive facts and forget often to inform about risks and flaws of a project to get many followers to invest.
Or it's about a shady exchange, where YouTubers will also get a profit if you sign up from a referral link.

YouTubers are trying to distribute referral links

A significant amount of YouTube videos is made in hindsight to collect money by referral-links.
For such YouTube videos we'll find a referral link mentioned somewhere which will lead us to to an official project site, where we can register to invest. Of course, a YouTuber who will mention such projects and mention his referral link, will get a reward if we click his link to join, register and invest, often a percentage of our amount invested. Of course, any YouTuber will be interested to make you join and invest a huge sum because of his profit.

A famous hype channel was (or still is) Trevon James, who advertised heavily for a known scam, Bitconnect.

Conclusion

YouTuber's content is often of very low quality and only based on hype:
It is very easy to detect, when we view some YouTube presentations, where it’s often clickbait:

It is very clearly clickbait.
For us, we should always know: YouTuber's hype video is not good advice. It is not well researched and low quality content.
