I tried to understand your explanation, but unfortunately I did not understand the most important:
Rate per post or per limit of posts? Is it 100 per 30 days? What if someone will post less or more? And how much it is?
Are you just predicting price of your coin and on that base you offer rates?
(It would be better to guarantee the minimum in $$)
When you start counting posts (30 days period) from the enrollment day, or from starting this thread?
How you want guarantee payment after one month? (In one month campaign, and the fact you are Newbie, for me escrow is a must!)
